Nice and new. Limited choices as small store. No sale items. You pay for parking close to buildings through a parking machine by buildings. Parking lots circle the outside road area.

I had a pair of leggings I wanted to exchange for a different kind. They didn't have them in stock and they were out of stock online. So I asked for a store credit which I got but I had forgotten I only paid 12 dollars and some change for that pair. Instead of letting me know that before completing the transaction she just gave me the credit. I would have just kept the leggings and done a even exchange had I known that I had originally got them 80 percent off... I came to this store because it's closer then the one in crocker but honestly next time I'll drive the 45 mins.

I came in 2021 and had a fantastic experience. This most recent time was terrible in 2023. The service was awful. I felt as though they did not want to help me. When you buy multiple gift cards, they have to do it in two separate transactions which is a hassle. They still have nice things. I do like fabletics as a brand just not this particulat store.

Coming from Las Vegas and having already visited Fabletics there, I wasn't expecting much from this store, but Dana (the Assistant Manager) blew me away! She showed me all the free workout classes the team puts together- yes, completely free! She even highlighted awesome events and a supportive Facebook group for customers to join. Then, she even helped me save money by finding deals on the items I was purchasing that day. This is a lovely store and I'm happy I went in!

Love this location. The staff is always very courteous and helpful.I have been to several of the fitness classes that they host and they've all been super fun!

I've always been a fan of another popular athleisure brand so when a friend referred me to Fabletics I was hesitant. Well one trip to the store changed my mind. The staff was extremely friendly and the deals were unbelievable! I immediately signed up for their VIP membership program. I love that I was able to get 2 pair of leggings for $24 to start and for a little over $50 per month I can get whole set! The products are well made and really cute! They have many size options and styles. I also love that I have the option to skip a month, and not be charged, if I don't want to purchase. I also love the sales and prices offered to VIP's. One thing for sure, I'll never go back to paying $98 for a pair of leggings again.

I will never shop at this company again. The products are ok but the VIP program…I guess my fault I got sucked in, didn’t read every word. The worst part was when I discover I was going to be charged 50.00 a month to be in the VIP BS, I called the customer service number to cancel! Not so fast, transferred first to a Medicare recording, called back, tried to bypass that recording and was transferred to a medical health alert pendant recording! Never did speak to a person to cancel my membership that I believe I was tricked into joining. Hoping I don’t get charged!!! Such a shady way of doing business. STAY AWAY from this company! Eventually chatted online with a representative. I think it’s cancelled. Even that was difficult, the chat box or program was awful to deal with!!

I tried to return a gift purchased online. The tags were still on the items. When I showed them to the person working there she let me know these items weren’t carried in the store. She told me she needed the email address of the person who bought them. I provided that but she didn’t find an order and told me to call my friend and get the order number. That seems so rude to ask for! I left without any resolution. Brands with both Stores and online need to give customers one experience. It’s crazy that they make you jump through hoops to return something. I’ll never ever shop online or in their stores.

Visited today. All three employees were at the register talking. I was the only customer in the store at the time. I was neither greeted nor did anybody ask if I needed help. I've visited other fabletics stores and the employees always asked if I needed help. Needless to say I will not be returning. Customer service is extremely important to me.

I really liked my first time experience in this store. The lady who assisted me was very helpful and I got an amazing deal on the items I purchased.
