The Beachwood location on Chargrin Blvd. customer service is truly amazing. I love the entire team: Phyllis, Laurie and Julie also the entire staff at the pharmacy.

Just switched to Giant Eagle pharmacy on Chagrin in Beachwood. They were able to get my prescriptions transferred over for me (thank you!), fill prescriptions within 1-2 hrs and have been so kind and pleasant when I pick up prescriptions and ask for assistance. I don’t know why I didn’t switch sooner! Also, the convenience of getting prescriptions when you go to the grocery store can’t be beat! Thank you to the pharmacy staff - you are awesome!

Huge store with limited choices. The bathroom was dirty. Very disappointed. Lots of room for improvement

Pathetic customer service at store #5830! I went to the checkout with a six pack of beer and two bottles of Gnarly Head wine. The wine was marked as $2.00 off, which would have made it $7.99 per bottle. When I brought this to the cashier's (Jasmine) attention, she called for who might have been a manager? The lady only rolled her eyes and made some sort of sound as her tongue stuck out past her toothless smile. Apparently the wine was a mail in rebate? The rebate slip printed at the register was illegible due to low ink in the machine. I handed it to the cashier and stated that it was illegible and she took it and threw it away and did not attempt to print another. So I left the store without the rebate form. I will be calling corporate on Monday.

This location needs to be torn down or corporate needs to invest money in a redesign, employee training, etc. It smells like a sewer. The lines are extremely long. I go to the legacy location now.

I decided to stop by this store to pick up a few odds and ends for a day trip that I'm going on tomorrow. As I walked up to the store, I noticed that all of the people coming out seemed to have masks on. So when I reached the front door, I paused for several minutes and carefully read over their posted instructions, which instructed *all* customers (not just those who are vaccinated) to wear masks. As I was doing this, a cart attendant started yelling at me in a loud, aggressive manner for not wearing a mask. I know how to interact with people even if he doesn't, so I smiled, walked back to my car, and went to one of Giant Eagle's competitors. I have zero tolerance for disrespect. Giant Eagle has every right make store policies. It does *not* have the right to publicly insult customers who are taking the time to read the rules, especially when said customers aren't actually violating said rules. I was neither in the store nor attempting to enter it. Evidently, the bellicose cart attendant and Giant Eagle itself need an attitude adjustment. Until they get one, I won't be back.

They are the worst pharmacy ..employees and management ..always has an issue with them and they don't follow on their customers ..when I have several prescribed medications they get just one of them ..saying they haven't gotten the rest even-though the dr sends the whole prescription..they need to be more organised and more helpful

Terrible service for curbside express delivery. Not reliable AT ALL!! So disappointed and will never shop here in the future.

First, there were no shopping carts OR baskets available. Then, as soon as we rounded the corner to check out (arms full of items), only 2 registers were open with the lines down the shopping aisles. A woman came up to, what it seemed like, open the express checkout lane--nope. She checked out 2 people and then started yelling at customers to get out of her lane because she wasn't open. To top it off, she asked if we needed bags because they were out. So we proceeded to carry our items in our arms to our car. What a joke. Do not shop here.

Great prices. Great selections. Great parking. Somewhat angry employees possibly due to poor training. Poor training is directly related to sub standard management, starting at the top. On the down low, a cashier claimed her pay was too low. (Poor excuse, I think). I am visiting this store. I usually shop at Ralph's and Food For Less in So Cal where the cashiers usually greet customers in a more friendly manner.
