I went up there to get cupcakes for my sister’s going away party and I got a cake but the price wasn’t on there and when I rang it out, it was too expensive so I put it back and just ring up my cupcakes. I gotta call later that evening on my personal cell phone as I’m enjoying time with my sister that Julie called me and said I have to come back up there and purchase the cupcakes and cake that I didn’t get. I called the store and the person did not know what I was talking about. Why would you call me and nobody has a follow up you’re accusing me of something I’m not doing and nobody even said sorry I’m extremely upset.

I like the deals offered but dear lord I feel like the checkout has gotten so bad to the point it's like you're trying to discourage shoppers from getting a lot. Bought a lot, had to slowly bag them through. Had so much piled up at the end of the belt that some meat was getting crushed. Cashier overloaded a bag where one tore through immediately. Baffling part is there was a bagger juggling registers, but all they did was lay bags out in my cart but not actually put them in. It's getting annoying to shop here now when I feel like the setup could be far easier for a cashier, or if they just want customers to bag their groceries mostly by themselves at this point?
