Yum! Definitely on my list of ice cream places to hit in the future, delicious and the staff was very nice. You don't get a huge scoop but it's not skimpy either - just the right amount. We liked it so much we came 2 nights in a row on our business trip.

A most excellent ice cream parlor. Found it online but got several great reviews verbally from the locals during the day. I was recommended to try the black raspberry chocolate chunk and wasn't disappointed at all. Such a great flavor and awesome ice cream. Also tried the Midnight snack [can't remember the exact name]. This was good too but the black raspberry chocolate chunk was way better.

standard ice cream, nothing more, nothing less. Is it the best? is it the worst? No and no. Its good and nice to have around the corner. Would I go out of my way to come here - no. Would I go here next time I am at Pinecrest - yes

2nd Ohio ice cream experience! Wonderful selection and the scoopers were extremely kind, giving me generous portions with large chocolate chunks, because it was my first time there. Lots of seating both inside and out. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great customer service and friendly and joyful experience! We won a gift card to go here from the Pinecrest play days and we were serviced with great care for our strawberry Shortcake Sunday! It tasted just as good as it looked! I definitely will be happy to visit here again!

First time trying Græters, people from Cincy believe it is the eighth wonder of the world so I had to see for myself. Came here after eating the cuisine of my forefathers at Texas de Brazil, so I ordered a single scoop of cotton candy in a waffle cone (had to compare to the cotton candy ice cream I grew up with). It was exactly that - a single scoop, not a single scoop on top of a filled cone.Staff was courteous, facility was clean. They have ice cream plus chocolaté and drinks. Flavor was good. But overall, it was about typical for an ice cream shop. I wouldn't be opposed to it on a nice summer night. If you're at Pinecrest and looking for your fix, it'll satisfy your sweet tooth. As far as flavor choices, price, and the best ice cream in the world... it ain't Handel's. ?

Seriously? The grab and go freezer cooler is taped shut and a sign to ask associate for assistance. Long line for ice cream and I’m suppose to wait in that to ask them to grab a few pints of ice cream. Not happening. So I helped myself and then got reprimanded by a teenage employee. I’ll stick to Mitchell’s who has a huge cooler full of various sizes of ice cream to choose from (not just pint size) and trust their customers to be able to open a cooler.

big scoops, good recognizable flavors & yummy cones ice cream is a little icier than competitors, but the flavors were good & made for some good eating. my friend ordered the birthday cake flavor & felt like the consistency & texture made it feel like she was actually eating cake & not ice creamservice was good - a lot of available seating insidewould definitely come back for a scoop

Fun flavor selections here! Ice cream portions are large. Enjoyed a blended coffee drink. Great balance of coffee to ice cream. The amount of whipped cream was good too. Not too much or too little of it. The blended coffee drink was smooth too. Just the right thickness.
