“A wonderful FLGS: open and well-lit, well-stocked without being cluttered. I had a great conversation with the owner today when I stopped in with my wife for the first time - we've just moved to the area and I wanted to check out our gaming options; Critical Hit checked every box for us. We didn't make any purchases today but will absolutely be back. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about both the products in the store and the culture and history surrounding them - from Pokémon Cards to indie TTRPGs, Critical Hit doesn't miss. P.S. The shop dog, Rufus, is a chatty little sweetheart - and the owner is very experienced at talking customers through meeting him! I was honored to meet the shop's brave protector up close.”
“My sister and I love this store! We were able to find come cute Minnie items for our niece’s first Christmas ?! This chair was a hit! It’s a must purchase! #minniemouse”
“This location has a good amount of variety of product, especially in terms of painting supplies and picture frames. The latter can be found damaged, though, so be careful with your selection. Staff are friendly, but there never seems to be enough.”
“Typical craft store. Little staff but always helpful. Expensive but very thorough framing department, art supplies, stickers etc. They are starting to carry fabric and yarn, but it's limited.”
“Wow!!! I have not had customer service like this in a long time. Miranda was so friendly. She even made my daughters day with some stickers for princess peach. It's very hard to find employees that engage genuinely with customers and make a simple visit into one so memorable for my daughter and I. This will stick with my daughter and I. Thanks Miranda!”
“Micheal's you need to give the cashier Lindsy a raise. I have never in my life went to a store and had a worker go above and beyond to help me find my item. She didn't tell me to go to this isle or point in the direction the item was she took me there. Even though she walked with a limp, she was more than happy to help me. Sheasked what I was making and I felt as she valued me as a customer.”
