This is going to be an over-the-top endorsement of the new owners and employees of Beachwood Infiniti. Why? Well, it is because I had the most phenomenal experience at Beachwood Infiniti and this is after giving up hope that my problems with my car would be fixed. Let me explain.
I had my car serviced and tended to by the now closed Airport Infiniti. After inconsistent service and problems with my engine’s transmission and other issues at Airport Infiniti, I went to get my car serviced for the first time at Beachwood Infiniti and learned that there was a history of negligence on the part of Airport Infiniti. The subtle trouble that I was having with my car’s transmission (and had complained about for some time at regular oil changes) could have been fixed with a manufacturer’s extended warranty that now had expired. Instead of getting the run around, or the “deal with it yourself” mentality, I had the most professional and appropriate response to getting my car fixed. Gene, who was told to “fix my problem”, called me every three days and gave me updates on my car repair. Between Gene and the service manager, Chris, I heard words like making sure there is “customer satisfaction” and we “want to do things the right way”. I even had the good fortune of running into the new owner when I picked up my car today, Jamie Pilla. After expressing customer satisfaction and gratitude, Mr. Pilla said that he wants to create a culture that does things right. He took the time to mention the personal qualities he expects from employees and some unusual interview questions he asks when hiring to get at potential hire’s true character traits. Again, he wants the right people. From the top down, this is my ringing endorsement. I went from disappointed and beyond frustrated with my Airport Infiniti experience to wanting tell people to buy at Beachwood Infiniti and get your car serviced at Beachwood Infiniti. I am sure the new owners and employees will find success with this business model. As a consumer, I can be confident that I am dealing with the right people who know how to get things done the right way.

I had my QX50 into 2 different dealerships 4 different times and a total of over 40 days with NO resolution.... before finally getting it to Infiniti of Beachwood. Chris in the service department is FANTASTIC!!! His customer service was exceptional. I want to thank the technician that FINALLY fixed the horrid whirling whistle sound that noone else could seem to do! I cannot thank this service department enough!

It's a shame to see how Infiniti's service levels have spiraled over the last several years. I have been a customer through several leases over the last 10 years and was incredibly disappointed when their service department changed hands a few years ago. Despite my service package being in their system and making appointments in advance, I have to remind them - every time - that maintenance on my vehicle is covered and I shouldn't be charged. And their maintenance checks on my vehicle were consistently sloppy and incomplete.
Because I love the car so much, I decided to buy out my latest lease from Infiniti and we went through a lease buyout service to do so. The sales rep Cameron (and sales manager Chris) falsely insisted that I had to go through the dealership for the buyout to be honored, and they continued to call and leave messages for me after transaction was complete. Due to the poorly managed service department and dishonest sales team, I am sorry to say I will be taking my future business elsewhere until Infiniti is under more capable and ethical general management. These luxury vehicles deserve better, more honest and quality representatives in Northeast Ohio.

So far so good! Buying process was easy... took forever, but easy and stress free. *** I do want to note that their drinks are reg coffee and water. Thats it! Their snacks, well... they had none. I have owned BMW and Audi and their drinks and snacks are much nicer. Various pop flavors, coffee choices of everything, orange and cranberry drinks. Kind bars, dried fruit snack bags, individual wrapped biscotti, various snack mix bags. Infinity of Beachwood will need to change these simple things to earn my "service" business. I will not be going there until they improve these simple things.

If I could do 0-5 stars I would. They are the most incompetent service department I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership and I’ve had many Infinitis. They had my car starting in March for 3 wks when I initially went in with a rattle that occurs every time I go over any bump. They confirmed it was coming from my 2nd row bucket seat, but just kept taking out and replacing my drivers seat and left me with the same problem. I then drop it back off to finally get the actual problem fixed again in July for another 2wks only for them to wreck the drivers seat again and do nothing w the actual problem, middle drivers side bucket seat. The person that even serviced the car mentioned the rattle she heard when she test drove it…I seriously can’t make this up. Sharon in the service dept is absolutely worthless and I officially will NEVER buy an Infiniti again. From a very Disgusted client

The experience is always nice but my brakes still have a problem when you press fast on them. The front of the car shakes. They said they did an inspection but they missed something that I told them to check. They are just not the same as they use to be. I purchased two cars from them and they didn’t honor my black tie because it expired but didn’t take into account that it’s hard to get them online or in the phone. So after countless messages left over months and months of course my black tie expired. They DO NOT have type of customer service in which they care because after confirming there was a problem with their phone lines and I tell you that I have tried to make an appointment…excellent customer service would have honored it and not just said “oh well too bad.” I would like to buy a third car from this place but I don’t think so now. They let an expired black tie account stop them from getting multiple purchases from our entire family. I have other complaints but no need to go into it because you didn’t do anything then so you wont now. Bye!

My veteran husband found a vehicle here, the salesman lied entirely about this vehicle. Said it was clean no major issues etc… we purchased it. Two weeks later car is a step away from blowing up. Spoke with company several times and they said too bad we don’t refund. They knew this car was bad but sold it to a veteran. Their practice is lying to sell.

We purchased the prepaid oil change program when we bought our new ‘23 Q80. We were told that we could get oil changes and have use of a loaner. Not 1 time has a loaner been available. This was a bait and switch sale when we purchased our vehicle. Never again will I do business with Infinity of Beachwood

I don’t even own an Infiniti but I still take all 3 of my cars for service. Mitch and Cody always get my vehicles in and out quickly. Infiniti is lucky to have those 2 running their service dept. keep up the good work boys

I truly had an amazing experience working with Omar,he is truly a wonderful young Gentleman, a man of integrity, very honest, and very trustworthy, I would truly recommend anyone that is purchasing an Infiniti, let Omar be there Sales person, very professional young Man.

My overall experience was good. Took a little longer than I expected, but the work was done correctly, which was my main concern. 4 Stars only because I always had to call multiple times before finally getting someone to answer the phone.
