“I had purchased my ring online, with the warranty. After some time, the rings gems started to fall out and the metal was starting to warp due to the thinning of the bands. I took it in to get a quote and Ms. Carlie was very helpful in making it an easy process to go through. After hearing back that they’d be unable to fix it without first costing four times more than the original price and second destroying the ring altogether, Ms. Carlie was there to help!
