Scheduled a Color + Cut with Barbara as a new client at LifeSpa Beachwood. I needed a refresh before the holidays, including some root maintenance. Barbara did such a great job matching previous color, cleaning up my layers, and making my hair look so healthy. I’m very happy with the results, great service, and fair price. I already scheduled my next appointment at LifeSpa with Barbara, and would recommend her as a stylist!

I got an eyelash lift and tint done by Jac’lene and top 10 experiences. The costumer service she provided was incredible and same with the service I got done. Have been back multiple times a will continue to keep going. Her services are worth every penny considering the bubbly, kind, empathetic person she is.

I recently booked an 80-minute massage and was really looking forward to it. While my therapist was kind, I was disappointed that the actual massage time was significantly shorter than what I paid for.
My session started about 3 minutes early, but it ended 18 minutes before the scheduled end time, meaning I received only around 63 minutes of massage. I understand ending a few minutes early to allow time to get dressed and exit the room, but in this case, the session ended well before that reasonable window. I even returned to my car before my appointment was technically supposed to be over.
I did not receive the full duration I booked and paid for. I could not say anything to the therapist as she had already left the room before I got up and saw the clock. I do not plan on booking the massage services ever again due to this.

Jac’Lene is the BEST at LifeSpa! The service, 5 STARS! The vibe, 5 STARS! I love her! I got my lashes done by her (a wispy mascara set) and they looked amazing! The best I’ve had by far! She made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed while getting them. She checked on me throughout the service as well. I also received a Hydrafacial by her and it was much needed!!! ZERO down time which is what I needed! 10 out of 10! I would recommend her to anyone!

I followed Steven here from another massage parlor because he is just that good. He not only can take care of specifically mentioned issues, but can navigate the body independently and lock right into issues not brought up. In particular, he has provided me with a body symmetry that I had not been able to achieve prior seeing him regularly.
I practice Muay Thai and he is able to provide amazing pressure for aching muscles while being mindful of swollen lymph nodes I have chronically in my neck and bruises on my legs from martial arts.
He can accommodate any level of pressure you may need and has a variety of massage and relaxation styles and techniques. He is constantly educating himself on the next latest and greatest techniques and is always on a journey of mastering his art. As a woman, he makes me feel totally at ease and I trust him completely to help me. Sometimes we talk the entire session and sometimes we don't say anything at all. Whatever your desired level of socializing is, he can provide it. Simply communicate any need or desire you have from pressure to temperature to talking and Steven has your back! He is a rare invaluable find.

The life spot is amazing! I highly recommend you check out the spa. Lifetime knows how to do it from a to Z. They have really picked up the game in the past year. This place is not just great for you yourself or your spouse but also amazing for your whole entire extended family. I work just three minutes away and try to come at least 4 to 5 times a week and meet so many nice people.
