LUSH has always been a go-to for me, but this location will be my favorite for as long as KayJay and Sam are there! I stopped in earlier this month for my birthday and was feeling a bit down since many of the people I’d usually celebrate with were back in Arizona.
Both Sam and KayJay were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. When I happened to mention that it was my birthday and that I’d recently moved, they immediately went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely experience. They made me feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely celebrated—while still giving great attention to everyone else in the store.
I truly can’t thank them enough. If either of these two are working when you visit, you’re guaranteed to have a wonderful time!

I had the best experience! I have been a lush customer for 10 ish years. First time at this location I have only been to Columbus, 100% will recommend this location! First the customer service was AMAZING (my receipt says null for the gentlemans name. I visited the morning of 11/13/25) We had 3 adults and 3 young children and he made everyone feel welcomed and included in the experience that is lush! We also were there for a while and not once felt rushed. I literally could write a whole page on how great he was and how knowledgeable. Second the store was clean and well stocked. I will forever shop from lush and love all the products! Definitely a must!

I absolutely love the Lush store in Beachwood! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with the warmest, most helpful service. The team really goes above and beyond — they’re knowledgeable, patient, and always make the experience fun. And of course, the products never disappoint. Everything smells incredible, feels luxurious, and actually works. It’s one of my favorite stores to treat myself, and I always leave feeling happy and taken care of. Highly recommend! 💛✨

KayJay and Sarde really helped me today with beginning to look into products and introducing me to their wonderful line. They had me try a few things and even provided some samples with my purchase. Kayjay did an amazing job giving me and my friend a tour of the whole store, shared knowledge, and even let us try all the products!!! my skin feels super smooth after walking outta of here 10/10. Sarde also shared how they do parties and I definitely need to book!

My first time visiting and had a great experience with the staff and in the amazing store. KayJay Sarde and Sam were so patient and helpful explaining all their wonderful products. Now I smell like a beautiful Snow Fairy 😆🧚♂️

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Place. The Manager Sarde is a DOLL. She's very knowledgeable of her store's products. This store is a treat to all your senses. My 8yo daughter loves creating bath bombs and the many textures on the shelves (so do I). I encourage a visit or 3. Also, try the shampoo bars and many moisturizing skin products. Thank you Lush for your products and for having the perfect spokesperson on your behalf.

This is the first time I have ever left a review but I could not pass up the opportunity to highlight the employee who went above and beyond for my daughter and I on Friday October 3rd. I so wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name who let me in to shop while they were closing. He greeted me at the door kindly to let me know that they were closing but he would be happy to fulfill an online order for me. Once he heard that I was not from the area and that there is not a lush store anywhere close to where I live he immediately invited me in. Not only did he let me in to shop but he went over all of the popular scents and products with me and made sure to make my daughter feel included too! His personality was radiant, inviting, kind, and genuine. Lush this gentleman deserves a raise! The absolute best customer service I have ever encountered while shopping. Thank you for making my first time shopping at Lush top tier, I will now be a customer for life!

World class customer service, I and my family have been to this location multiple times over the course of several years and always have had good service, today however was the best experience to date. Kayjay and Sam made us feel like family, engaged with myself and my family and was caring with all of their time, Kayjay and Sam are what we are missing in this world, genuine, caring and loving, thank you guys for making our family trip to Lush a wonderful experience!

I visited Lush yesterday evening expecting to shop until 8:00 pm, as their posted hours indicate. To my surprise, at around 7:30 pm I saw people inside and lights on. But when I pushed the door, it was locked I wasn’t allowed entry.
This felt misleading and disappointing. If your store says it’s open until 8:00, customers should be able to access the store until that time (or at least be alerted in advance if early closure is happening).
Overall, this experience has made me question the reliability of your posted hours and whether staff are being consistent with store hours . It’s frustrating to plan a visit around those hours only to be turned away early especially when there are still customers inside.

I loveeeeeeee everything about this place especially the manager, KJ I love the store itself, but I’m coming back and having a party just for KJ he’s no knowledge about everything. Him taking his time to just go over everything he even help my boyfriend find something and my son. We all love him.

Haven’t been to Lush in forever so I was a bit intimidated by all the options but Kellie helped me so much. She had so many good suggestions and even gave me a sample of a hair product to try. I cant wait to go back and get more stuff. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable!

Anytime I walk in here I have been greeted with so much enthusiasm helpfulness. Today Chardae, KJ and Kellie all separately asked if they could help me, I couldn't believe it. Chardae gave me some really great samples and I walked out buying more than I thought I would because they gave me such personalized recommendations. The store was clean, organized and I cannot stress how amazing staff was.
