The store was so dirty and damaged yarn skeins were out, and several dozen displays were just tossed. I refused to pick through to find what I needed after finding a used bandaid in one cup for the crochet hooks. Non-damages skeins were clearly up above in colors I needed. I asked an employee for help getting them when she was done unloading a box, mind you said box had three things left inside, waited 10 minutes for her to show up, never did. Went to checkout and the employee didn't want to touch my phone for my coupons. I'm disabled and legally blind with disfigured hands that make counting change hard, and I tend to keep them in some gloves and gauge the person's reaction to the eyes before showing my hands and removing gloves, and she wouldn't help me count my money and when I went to my next store was short money since she took advantage of me not being able to do it myself and helped herself to another 75 cents. I brought just enough for the day to get both items with only $1 of wiggle room so I didn't overspend. I thankfully was left with only a quarter of wiggle room so I could make my purchase at the next store. I did have money in my account on my business card if this michaels had the six hooks I needed more of and and 5 other skeins I needed which were all available above, but due to the dirty store and employees never showing up they lost another $60 in a sale. I plan to check today for an item I need, but if it's dirty still, I'm walking right back out and never going back.

I have been shopping at Michael's for years. During the pandemic, I did not go to the store for at least two years. When things opened back up again, I stopped by one day. What I found was pretty bad. Different items were scattered all over the store. A lot of things were just stacked in open boxes in the aisles. Brands that I had counted on for years had been replaced by cheaper quality, no- name brands with inferior materials (beads, yarn, art supplies, scissors, markers). Poorly stocked.

I like coming here but they don't have a lot of cardmaking materials. I usually end up at hobby lobby.

The store is fine, the people that work there are fine, I'm knocking off stars because every time I come in and try to scan my Michael's card myself or use a gift card the employees just take my phone out of my hands which is not cool with me considering I really don't like other people touching my stuff. Please, God please, just let me scan the cards that are on my phone myself the little scanny thing is right there.

Lindsey was my cashier yesterday, and she was phenomenal, made the experience personalized. Something not often found in retail, great hardworking staff who really care about their jobs.

Pat Catan's was exponentially better in every way, but the evil corporation of Michael's bought them and shut them down after saying they wouldn't

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. I spend about 10 hours a month at this shopping center. The bathroom is always clean which is why I go in there. I have had friendly conversations with staff and patrons.

We were able to quickly find what we needed. There was no long line to check out. The trip took approximately 15 minutes.
