I had a great experience. My new laptop was a lemon, stopped charging in a few weeks. They replaced it and I left with a new machine. The people there where nice, friendly, and helpful.

Probably the best tech related visit I have ever had at any store for any product. The entire staff is friendly and motivated. There is a culture of customer service at this store which was so refreshing. I had a problem with my Surface Book. Walked in on a Saturday and within 10 minutes I was being seen by a tech expert, Alex. Alex ran a complete check and update and located a malware , which was the issue, and removed it. He even physically cleaned it. Alex went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. You can tell Alex and the others in the store care and take pride in their work. Strongly suggest this location for any Microsoft needs.

What an amazing team- this is why I will always purchase windows computers. If anything goes wrong with your computer they're like a concierge team ready to help. They quickly diagnosed the problem- my computer needed to be replaced and all my info was about to be lost. They came up with quick creative solutions and helped me save everything that wasn't backed up. They were so kind to my toddler and played with him while I rushed to save photos. They found me an affordable switch for my model computer that was 60% off the full price and set it up for me. Amazing team I appreciate them so very much.

Stay away. Customer service is a joke . If your looking to play some xbox your good to go. If you have issues that need resolved go somewhere else.

I don't think I've ever experienced such an impeccable, professionally sensitive level of customer service as I did at the COLLABORATIVE hands of Alex and Jason at this store. My initial contact, Jason, immediately identified the problem with my Surface Pro 4 (not purchased at this store, and long since OUT of warranty), as a battery expansion, a defect that WAS covered by their three year replacement policy. Jason saw that this expansion resulted in a ticking time bomb, and IMMEDIATELY began backing the device up to the Cloud to save the data. He didn't want to risk further battery expansion by charging the battery, but the backup of 60 Gigabytes was moving with glacier-like speed as a result of slow wireless upload speeds. Alex showed up and added value by connecting to their Ethernet, which improved the upload speed exponentially, and then judiciously charged the battery just enough to get me through the process. At that point, we realized that the backup was jumbling two different computers' data, so Alex efficiently devised a mechanism to separate the data, once the backup was completed. I walked out of the store with ALL of our data intact and a clear path forward (after an equally pleasant followup appointment) to complete recovery. As a result, I am now a Microsoft "lifer."

So we go to the Microsoft store and I go take a look at some computers why my son goes to VR to the station an employee Tom's know you got to be 18 but there's this other Brown kid that goes there and he's like six or seven and he doesn't even get called out and by the way the employee that told my son to you got to be 18 didn't even care about the seven year old nice job Microsoft you hired racist people

I bought, from the website, an extra charge for my surface tablet based on the poor reviews online. Turns out the charger that came with the tablet was working fine, so I decided to return the extra one that I didn’t need. Wanted to return it to the store in store because I feel that is easier than trying to ship it back. Was told in essence “So sad, too bad. No returns after 30 days”. Even though the charger was still in the original packaging and had not been opened, and they still sell it. Definitely going to have to think twice about the next tablet I buy.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I purchase my boys a gAme and unaware I couldn't return games which I feel as though they should've stated at the time when I purchase I would never purchase anything from there again

Cannot talk with anyone unless you submit to having a text message sent to you. I called to ask about MS keyboards and if they had any. I called the number for this store location and the prompts demand that they send me a text message. A TEXT MESSAGE..? This is seriously stupid. My business goes to Micro Center or anywhere else.
