Cannot recommend these guys enough, straightforward, good communication, and good staff.
Recently had my car lose a bearing on me on a Saturday and they came and picked it up, then had it back on the road by the following Monday.
Definitely give them a call if you need a spot in this area.

I cannot thank them enough. In a car accident today and I was panicked as to how I was going to get my son from daycare (closing in 30 minutes) and get home after my car was totaled and my husband was working 2 hours away. Denny not only was so nice and helpful with the tow, he went above and beyond and took me to get my son and drove us home. My son was so excited to ride in a real tow truck, and an awful experience was made a little better. I had another car repaired there a few years ago and they did a great job, but this just solidified that they go above and beyond for their clients. 5 stars is too low for how much they helped me today.

I watched this guy in Chardon, in the tow.truck, run a stop sign and almost hit a pick up truck. Then he sat at the light next to them laughing at them. I could see this all as I was right behind him. Completely unprofessional, dangerous and disrespectful behavior. I don't know what he was doing out this way but I guess the business model is to cause accidents so he can tow the vehicles?

I can say I haven't had a problem yet with the starter repair done but in my opinion overly charged but then again I believe honestly if your not on a associate type at least know the place you getting charged for things not even wrong
