Overload helps me gain muscle and keeps me moving with strength. All the trainers give their personal touch to help me get better. It takes time to grasp the concept and well worth the investment. I have trained after injuries from my personal adventures and Overload helped modify my workout as needed. The Overload staff is there for each person as an individual and I love the focus. I have one year in and see many more to come...!

Josh Trentine is light years ahead of the fitness industry with his attention to detail, relentless dedication to innovation and building a staff that carries out his vision. I have been going to Overload for approximately three years. My cousin had recommended it to me probably 15 year ago but I foolishly resisted trying it. Big mistake. I absolutely love it. It takes about 20-25 minutes twice a week, you can show up in street clothes because they keep the room cool so that you don't get sweaty, and you work out in a super-slow way to avoid injury but maximize rapid muscle fatigue which leads to muscle improvement. Every one of the trainers is competent and caring and they compliment each other's style. It's not cheap but it is so worth it. I am 65 and always had a somewhat wimpy grip. Now I can look the macho guys in the eyes who try to play alpha dog and squeeze right back. This is truly a Cleveland gem. Rick H.

The best most doable strength training for me. I have tried all types of training to forestall osteoporosis and failed at all of them until I started Overload Fitness 15 years ago. One of the best decisions for quality of life I've made.

I wouldn't work out any place else. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and consistent. When your session begins it's all business. You can laugh and joke around when your session is over 20 minutes later. Safety is also very important at Overload they make sure each machine you get on is tuned to your unique settings to optimize your results. I love Overload!
