this store is full of uneducated / ignorant lightweights Don’t waste your time shopping here. The employees are rude and don’t even great you. Walked in the store. Today was looked at by all the employees not greeted to other people walked in right after me And we’re greeted to a hi how are you? I don’t wanna be that guy and call people out but this time I’m going to very rude employee little white boy with spiky blonde hair

Horrible experience I’ve never felt so disrespected from employees at a clothing store, the worker Anna was very horrible and rude kept giving me stank faces when I asked for her help. And on top of that everyone seemed to have a bad day and brought it on everyone else. Not how a worker should be acting

When I went in it was very messy all the employees seem irritated and being rude for no reason. Especially one of the employees name Anna! She was so rude and wouldn’t help me find what I was looking for. So unprofessional every single one of them!!!

i love pacsun overall because all of the workers are very nice & sweet but one worker who really stood out to me is anna, she was very friendly and made me feel welcome. she seemed to be working very hard when i came in and probably the most real worker there, very helpful 5/5 stars i love the worker anna.

Went in on 02/25/24 the store was extremely messy and 3 employees were sitting on the counter by the register on their phones and didn’t acknowledge anyone in the store, we promptly left, very disappointed.

Employees here were rude. Also not sure why fitting rooms are never open. The only advantage to in person shopping is to try it on and their fitting rooms were of course closed again.

Left something in the pocket of one of the jeans that I returned & I called first thing the next morning to see if they had found anything. The girl on the phone was a complete brat and refused to be a decent human being and look in the back for it. She repeatedly told me that I need to come in and look for it myself... pardon me for calling first before I drove all the way there. I get to the store and am not greeted (like always though), I approach the girl at the counter and she couldn't even say hi or look up from her phone for a second to talk to me. She told me that I needed to look around on the floor but I explained that it was an online order and that it could potentially be in the back still and she goes well its not, so look over there. What a rude little P.O.S. I never found them, its crazy because I returned them about an hour until close and then came in an hour after opening. Its almost like the workers found what I had lost and pocketed it for themselves. Little thieves... how disappointing. The workers here are all extremely lazy people who don't know anything about customer service. They're always just standing around judging everyone who walk into the store. Its almost like being an ass to people is a requirement in the hiring process. Y'all need an attitude check, lets not forget that y'all are a bunch of stuck up little high schoolers from OHIO lmfao. Theres absolutely no reason to be on such a high horse.

I entered the store on 8/19/23 in hopes of purchasing an item that showed in stock. I was unable to locate the item on my own, so I requested assistance from the sales associate Aidan. Aidan greeted me with “was up” as if I was bothering him. I explained that I was attempting to locate an item and he stated “yeah idk”, and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location.

Very disappointing experience at this store today. There was a very long line to checkout, with only one register open. Meanwhile the other four associates refused to help. In addition, my daughter was going to wear her new skirt, but the security sensor wasn’t removed.

Thought i could have some fun shopping with my teenagers but this store is full of uneducated associates/kids I should say who are full of attitude and have no manners! They are busy chatting and doing nothing ! Absolutely no way I’d shop there with or for my teenagers! Stay away if you can and have a much better experience elsewhere!

The selection of clothing was ok, not a store I normally go in, but my daughter wanted to. She found some jeans that were ok. The person who had the "Brown MAYHEM" hoodie today with the color in their hair on 8-20-22 was rude and had the worst attitude ever. Asked the person a question and they turned their back to us, answering the question while signaling in the direction to where the dressing room was with their finger! Who tf hires these types of people??, No respect, and No customer service skills at all! This person represents Pacsun, which is why I'll probably never spend another penny here, ever again! ???????????
