When you order from store and door dash has to pick it up, make sure they check your order. I only ordered 2 things and we didn't get 1 of them cuz it was in freezer and their should have been a note on the order but they only gave the Dasher 1 item. Doordash said it's Petcos fault and Petco says it doordash fault. Nothing they can do. Petco must not have put a note on it otherwise I would have gotten my whole order.

I've had disappointing experiences at multiple Petco locations. Despite clean stores, they're understaffed and most employees are unfriendly. The fish, especially bettas, are in extremely poor health across all locations I've visited. Prices are higher than other pet stores, such as $60 for a regular litter box. Due to all of these problems, I do not recommend Petco!!

I have had a very good experience shopping at the Beachwood store for a long time. Very recently, the manager Doug and Evan went out of their way to help me buy my heavy monthly supplies for my three dogs. Christian helped load them in my car. I appreciated the help since I have difficulty walking in my old age.
Adding to my enjoyment of the visit was the manager Doug’s deep caring and concern for the Guinea pigs in his store. In the past, I have seen him take very good care of the fish as well.

Was waiting for help a young girl that worked there was sitting in the isle so I then went to check out to ask the gentleman for assistance the girl was standing up there by a door in the front the gentleman left the register and helped me that young girl act as if she was too good to help me I spend alot of money with petco for that type of customer service

This place doesn’t even deserve a half of a star. The first time they called me in the middle of giving my dog a haircut and told me to come pick her up because it was too cold in the salon, but they knew how cold it was when I dropped her off. The second time after I was there 9 minutes after her appointment time, I had to find someone for service. She was there for 15 minutes then the person who was supposed to groom her called saying that she was ready, after I paid over 60$ her service has to be rushed, I’m not going to say not done because I wasn’t there, but 60$ is too much money for 15 minutes of what supposed to be full services. Take your pet/babies somewhere else if you want satisfied results.
