I would like to thank Gaby (Gabriel)! She was so great, she is very knowledgeable, nice and patient. She helped me try so many different options for what I wanted, gave me samples to try what works for me and helped apply makeup. She made it very easy for me to figure out the right product and shade that I want!

My experience with you and the fact that I am now able to do my makeup daily with the proper products, and be pleased with it-means more to me than you will ever know.
My experience with you alone is the reason for the 5 star rating, otherwise it would be 2 stars. More experienced help is definitely needed, and not just at this location.

I wanted to leave a positive review for this store, specifically Amy. She was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful, guiding me to pick out a blush, lipstick and liner in preparation for a professional portrait later that day.

I went into Sephora at Pinecrest and was met with the worst customer service. I was not greeted at the door and literally was in there for 30 minutes and not 1 person acknowledged me until I encountered Randi. Randi was helpful and pleasant but the 2 cashiers have absolutely no business working in customer service. I inquired about the birthday gift and was rudely told “nope not here not today” when I asked could I pick something else it was the same response. Every question I asked was met with nastiness. This is one of the worst ones. I will not be back.

Kate was so helpful and kind!!! She took time to thoroughly explain how to pick which concealer would work best for me and is a gem!!! She was so personable and funny! 10/10 would shop at this specific Sephora every time!!!!

Buyer Beware: I was in on Presidents’ Day, February 17, 2025 to be exact around four to 4:30 PM while I waited for my date to arrive. I decided to stop into Sephora. The staff are kind of helpful or friendly(only the tall black girl w glasses). You walk around…. don’t know where anything is, and then the manager has this weird bias, I believe. I asked her for a product that Sephora USED to sell years ago, but she looked at me as she didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t proceeded to uncover any further Buyer needs. She didn’t ask any questions , offer an upsells or inform me on promos going on. Didn’t ask if I wanted any help with any other lip products that I needed or wanted. INSTEAD, she follows me around the store for about 5 to 10 minutes until I realize what she was doing, and I called her out on it and she acted as if she didn’t know what she was doing. It could’ve been a racial bias as well because there were a bunch of other White HighSchool age kids walking around being helped? It was weird. I put everything down that I wanted to buy and didn’t buy anything and now I am reporting Susan or “Sue”.

2/09/25 around 330 two employees were really rude. The cashier pale looking puffy eyes probably due to the dirty eyelashes she had. Other one was a taky bad built with short hair and leather pants. Both were rude to me for no apparent reason. Didn’t understand. I like shopping here. I didn’t like the experience

My niece who lives in Norway wanted a skin care product she saw online. We were able to find it here. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
