I had a great experience at this Swarovski store—excellent customer service and a truly high-end treatment! That’s the kind of experience that keeps me coming back to the brand.
A special shoutout to Kelly Robusto, the store manager. She was incredibly helpful, engaged, and went above and beyond. She helped me find a gorgeous necklace and earrings, and even assisted me with an issue I had with my watch.
Thank you, Kelly! You’re a true professional, and you definitely deserve a promotion and a raise.

Great experience came in first thing in the morning on Monday November 18 and the lady with black hair and blonde hair helped me out so much took good care of me as it’s my first time buying from from them and helped out with me buying gifts for family members felt very luxury there will come back forsure as well two days ago the woman with the hijab gave me lots of advice so props to her as well give them all the promotions and raises 😁

I surprised my best friend and took her to Swavorski there was the most patient jeweler there named Rachel. Me and my BFF are a handful ? ? but we live to shop. We asked 1000 questions and all were answered very clearly. I purchased a choker and bracelet for us which we love ❤️ and cannot wait to wear! Thanks you Rachel for being patient with us.

If I had only dealt with Kelly I would have given 5 stars but I can't. First time I went to get a gift for someone, Kelly helped me and she was so kind and sweet. The second time I went to get a gift for my coworker who retired, I had another lady help me because Kelly wasn't there. I felt as though I was being judged, I got a few "mean mugs" and when i was finished the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. If I decide to go back I'll only deal with Kelly and if she is not there anymore then I'll figure it out.

We were in the store for over an hour. We were told 115 twice for the lady bug bracelet and get to the register and after waiting to pack the box and all and then told it was 175! Big difference! Train your staff better and don’t put blame on customers! And put act tags that can’t be moved around!! That’s horrible service for a man made object. They are cut glass not diamonds. No wonder your stores are going out of business!!!!

These things are not really my cup of tea. I went with a friend of mine who drops a bunch of cash buying up all of the holiday ornaments every year around this time when I was most impressed with was the staff. The guy I was talking to was really cool. While I was waiting for my friend to wrap up buying the ornaments I was made to feel welcome. We talked about artificial intelligence and I looked at glass figurines. It was very sparkly

I am in love! Everything about this place is it! The crystal, the staff and, the store structure is great! My mom has been a fan for many years and now I am! I will ALWAYS love Swarovski crystals, there is no other crystal like theirs.
