I called Nordstrom at Beachwood Pace in Beachwood Ohio. I told operator I wanted to speak to someone in women's shoes. She asked what brand. I told her. She refused to connect me with anyone in shoe department. I was told to look on line. I wanted to speak to someone familiar with shoes and could give me some information that isn't available on line.So much for the excellent customer service which Nordstrom has been known for. Perhaps Nordstrom will be closing this location.

I fell for the points offer with the credit card. Sorely regret it. Could not access account. Tried for weeks to get it to work online. Called for help. Was told "We already told you what to do" ande "You need to change your browser." Took six calls to resolve a bill that I never received online.Have been a regular shopper since the store opened. Closed account as a result of all this. Returning every yet to be worn item I previously purchased. Will never shop there again. Previously loved Nordstrom. Not any more.

I used to love this store and purchased all my denim from here. Nowadays I can't even find one pair of jeans. 1 out of 10racks actually say who the designer is, the racks are spread out all over the womens dept, etc. It is beyond frustrating. I'llTake my business elsewhere.

Terrible...terrible...TERRIBLE experience with the seamstress here. Was talked DOWN too, & made a fool of. Loved using the alterations department here, but the experience I had with the manager will keep me from coming back...THE MANAGER. Trying to tell me I didn't have prior conversations with another seamstress there, & trying to force things on me. It was the most uncomfortable I've ever felt.

I got excellent service at this location today. A very helpful associate helped me find some new pants. Then ones I liked were a bit too long, so he had the Tailor come take measurements to have them shorten a bit. It was excellent service, this location seemed to be well stocked and had helpful staff.

I wanted to exchange a gift, having received the gift receipt. The sales lady was very helpful. I wanted a summer item and a lot of summer clothes haven't been received, yet. So she suggested I put the return amount of a gift card and come back. Perfect. Now, I can shop again!

Absolutely unacceptable service. I have been there 3 times, and its impossible to find a salesperson. I picked up merchandise I purchased online, and today I tried to buy 2 men sweaters and a belt (it was ferragamo so it was in a case), I walked around for almost an hour, nobody to ask In mens., nobody offered to help, but I found a cashmere sweater, and a All saints sweater, they had a belt but nobody showed up. I went to the jewelry counter and the lady said, there's nobody there? Let me see, she leaves at 6 (it was before 6), she left and didn't come back to tell me anything. She came back to her counter. I took the phone and diales 0. Operator Mauricio answered and I explained to him he didn't know what to do, but said he would transfer me to Customer service. kaylie respponded. She tod me are you in the first floor? I said yes.she said go find a sales person, I told I already had and couldn't find one. She again said you're in the 1 floor? Yes...I asked if her service solution was for a customer to continue walking all around the store to find a sales person! It's so sad that a store that used to have the best customer service is now at the same level as Walmart!

I visited this store on Nov 10th around 7:30 with my sister. Clothes were nice quality though service was strange and uncomfortable. I happened to find some items that I wanted to try on and walked over to a dressing room that I had just seen a woman walk out of and was told by an employee to use another dressing room that the only difference was a camera above the entrance though both were labeled dressing room. After that this same employee was at the exit of the dressing room right afterwards. Aside from that this same employee proceeded to follow my sister and I throughout the rest of our time there all the way to the register. Needless to say I did not feel comfortable & welcomed. I do not intend on coming to this location again.

Everyone was really helpful in helping me look for what I needed and BP was trendy and cute as pee usual, I can always count on Nordstrom also thank you to Carrie Ann and Emily for helping me get my Nordy card working :)

I always, always, always love coming to Nordstrom for all of my luxury purchases because you are given a luxury experience, as you should be. I stopped at Chanel today and was greeted right away by a very friendly and helpful sales associate named Don. I was given amazing recommendations as to what products would suit me best and I felt like royalty today. I was even gifted some samples of a mascara and some skincare with purchase! Will always be coming back to this counter for all my Chanel needs. Thank you Don! I will add the experience at this counter has been the same every single time I stop in.
