Ridiculous, no one available to do passports, canceled appointments, bit it's a girl at the counter saying she had no notice. They don't have any money orders ,how ridiculous and short staff.

Unprofessional staff. Staff is not trained properly. Mail request are ignored even when you go through t the right written request protocols. Manager is never available and one is they are just as unprofessional as the staff they see over. Corporate office needs to come out and train staff properly.

Came in around 4:30 pm to ship out a return in my box. Clerk printed receipt and told me to get a brown box for my return, not specifying which size. There was no tape, and I asked for help to get the tape. The clerk (receipt says Clerk #12) was incredibly rude, and refused to help. She pointed me to the big metal holder and the tape was cutting off because it was very thin.
I asked for help because I don't have nails, and she refused. Then she finally told me to give her the box with tape, and she started pulling the tape angrily and put it on my box. And then told me to help her pull the tape holder. When I pulled the tape holder, it sliced my thumb and I started bleeding. I asked for a bandaid, and she angrily said she doesn't have a bandaid. She was incredibly irritated. I was bleeding, and then left. I never experienced such a mean employee. I had to get home to disinfect the wound.

As a customer of the USPS, my experience has been incredibly frustrating, leading to a significant decline in my satisfaction with their services. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my observations:
### **Delayed Deliveries**
I often find that the USPS struggles with timely deliveries, particularly during busy times like holidays or special occasions. I’ve had multiple instances where important items, such as bills or gifts, arrived days late. This has caused me considerable frustration, as I rely on timely mail for important communications. It feels like their reputation for reliability is slipping, which is disappointing for a service that is supposed to be dependable.
### **Inaccurate Mail Handling**
I’ve also experienced issues with mail handling that have left me feeling frustrated and confused. There have been times when packages were misdelivered or sent to the wrong addresses, which created significant inconvenience. It’s disheartening to deal with lost mail, and I’ve had to go through lengthy processes to resolve these issues. Each time it happens, my trust in the USPS diminishes, making me question whether I should rely on their services again.
### **Customer Frustration**
The inconsistent quality of service I’ve experienced has led to widespread frustration among customers. I’ve spoken to others who feel they can’t depend on the USPS for their mailing needs, prompting some to switch to private courier services. On occasions when delays occur, I’ve noticed a lack of proactive communication from the USPS, leaving customers in the dark about their deliveries. This lack of transparency enhances our dissatisfaction and creates a sense of helplessness, making me think twice about using USPS in the future.
### **Reduced Engagement**
I’ve observed that the morale of USPS employees seems low, which affects their interactions with customers. When I encounter carriers, they often appear stressed or overwhelmed, and this can lead to less friendly service. I’ve had moments where I needed assistance with my deliveries, but the carriers seemed too preoccupied to help. This lack of engagement is disappointing, as positive customer interactions are crucial for building trust and loyalty in the community.
### **Increased Complaints**
As service quality has declined, I’ve noticed an increase in complaints from other customers as well. It seems that the customer service representatives are overwhelmed and unable to respond promptly to issues. This situation creates a negative feedback loop, where management appears to focus more on handling complaints than on improving service quality. The rise in negative reviews and complaints has definitely affected the USPS’s public image, leading many of us to view the service as inefficient and unreliable.
In summary, my experience with the USPS has made it clear that systemic issues within the organization are undermining their effectiveness and reputation. My trust in their services has diminished significantly, and I find myself hesitant to rely on them for future mailing needs. I wouldn’t recommend USPS to anyone looking for a reliable postal service, as the combination of delayed deliveries, inaccurate mail handling, and poor customer engagement has made my experience deeply unsatisfactory.

Decent post office, but man does it get busy and they aren’t effective. One lady was talking and walking around behind the counter while the line was building up… so yeah not great. The other lady got to me quick enough (was 5th in line) so that’s who saved their rating from me, but the other lady seemed super unmotivated and I was annoyed by it.

ERICA, one of the operators put me on hold for 10 mins when I called to confirm my appt. When I called back she told me she would need to call me back in another 10 mins. I waited 25 mins and there was no call back at all. Why is ERICA making customers wait 35 mins to simply confirm their apps? Disgusting behavior

Just throw the whole post office away. I’ve been to this post office four times in the last six months, and not one transaction has been completed. They didn’t have the forms the first two times and told me I could print them from home. I’m not buying a printer or going to the library to print. The third time, 19 July, they had a sign on their door saying they couldn’t ship off packages: OK, whatever, I’ll come back the next day. Now, they have a sign that says they are closed because they have no power. Sigh, I would say call first, but they don't answer their phones. Happy traveling if you attempt to do any business here.

Please do not go to this location if you are looking for any passport forms to include new passport applications. This location does not have the forms and will inform you that you need to print them off on your own.
