A while ago, I told the attendant that I needed a roll of first class stamps. She showed me several to choose from and I selected the one with rabbits on the stamp. I took the roll home and when my old roll finally ran out, I opened the new rabbit roll I had purchased. Ends up she sold me a stamp that is not for first class postage, but rather for "an additional ounce". Since I do not have the receipt, the Beachwood Post Office will not let me trade in this roll and then pay the difference to get a roll of first class stamps. And they do not have stamps available for me to use the rabbit stamp plus other stamps to get to 66 cents. Rather, my only option now is to put 3 of the rabbit stamps (which = 72 cents) on every letter going out. They said there was no mgr there I could speak with. Very, very poor customer service!!

This post office is very unprofessional. They close without explanation. They don’t have basic forms to mail internationally. And they can’t deliver packages! It’s frustrating and astounding.

The customer service employees at the front desk are rude and impatient. And after a customer leaves, they complain about them and act like they did no wrong and the customer was just stupid and didn't understand. It's extremely unprofessional and they should be reprimanded or fired. Customer service is a skill you learn and you're supposed to be courteous and respectful to ALL customers.

I know the Post Office has been struggling lately, but this location sure doesn't care if they stay open or not. When I first arrived, I was excited to see a drop off box where I can just drop off my pre-paid label packages and go, but the lever on the box did not move and seemed to be locked in place. Unfortunately, that meant I would have to stand in line to drop off my packages, and boy was that line long. I am okay with waiting in a long line if it moves, but this one wasn't budging for serval minutes because when one associate would go into the back room to find something, the other would stop what they were doing and question the first one. It was an endless circle of the same questions for the customer- and this happened for two customers!! In addition, there were several people who came in and because they have a PO Box at this location they were able to skip the line?!? Completely uncalled for. When the manager finally stepped out of his office to look a the line he didn't even do anything to help his associates or assist any customers.Terrible customer service- do NOT go to this USPS location.

Went to usps on 2/14/23 to just drop something off already had a package pre-labeled. Got there within 4 mins of closing at 6pm and the doors were locked. I knocked on the window and the two workers ignored me. Kept knocking and finally Bernard responded that they were closed. I responded that I thought they closed at 6pm like the sign window says but he says they close at 5:50pm everyday. Can someone confirm this is true? If it’s normally 5:50pm then that’s something I just didn’t know. I was running late out of work just trying to get my package returned, it’s not a big deal but I don’t appreciate somebody gaslighting me as if I’m crazy.

This post office is terrible and unprofessional! There Customer Service is horrendous! I was told to come pick up my package and they still let the carrier take it with them and the carrier refuses to deliver my package it's been over 2 weeks now! They have no care for safety of there drivers! I find it baffling that they have no way of contacting their carriers! What happens if their car break down or and accident! There staff is rude there is younger African American girl that works the front desk who is rude to the elders who have a hard time understanding/hearing. Then the heavy set Caucasian women who gave me no help at all or didn't even try to understand what was going on with my package just gave me a number to contact my carrier at 7:15 am. When I go to call she new the building would be closed and no one would answer! They need all new staff from the GM all the way down to the mailroom! Send your mail through UPS, FedEx, or Amazon!!!! Don't waste your time here!

Go anywhere else. Mail slot is jammed. Sends people elsewhere when simply out of forms instead of entering requests into the computer directly. Employees unfamiliar with all offered services. Could not pick up held mail with my photo ID that contained the proper address and was not expired. They instead asked me to write down different information on a scrap receipt. I wouldn't trust sending or having anything processed here. I've had the same experience twice now.

Zero stars. One employee, no air conditioning, line out the door, attitude. Do not recommend. Most painful post office experience of the decade. If you have to come here, God Speed!

After being cancelled twice from the Cleveland Heights post office for a passport I scheduled at this location. Tiera was polite, efficient and informative. Very straight forward process. All around great experience.

Filled out form inside this post office to have mail stopped and restarted {Name, Address and dates}. It mattered Not. Returned and found mail continued to be delivered. No small wonder The USPS "ain't what it used to be". I say, Bring on the Change for the betterment of US citizens. We deserve better.

I have informed mail which sends me a picture of all of the postal mail that I would receive each day. Beachwood post office carrier’s either deliver my mail a day late or stretch the truth and put various reasons why my packages can’t be delivered. One time they said that they couldn’t access our property. We don’t have a gate or dog. You simply walk right up to the door/mailbox. Another time they said that the weather was bad. It was a clear day. I’ve had to drive to the post office on several different occasions to pick up my packages. If Amazon can do it Beachwood should be able to successfully deliver too. I never had any mail problems until moving here.
