Love it all! I recently bought the Gable Black Bistro Top with the Continental Orbit Base, and love it! Quality and design are great. Easy assembly. Heavy! The table is shown with the Haven swivel chairs and a West Elm rug. Great combo. Very happy with my purchases! Customer service is great, too š.

Bought a very expensive large amber nutmeg mercury candle and hurricanes. When the candle arrived it had wax on the outside and the āmercuryā metal wiped off of the candle . In addition, the candle had such a strong and bad odor it gave me migraines and I couldnāt even have the unlit candle in the room. Poor products at a very expensive price and poor customer service

West Elm & all Williams-Sonoma affiliated companies (Pottery Barn, etc) have notoriously HORRIBLE customer service that should make any customer pause before making a purchase from them. It is such a shame, because their pieces are beautiful. However, they do not stand behind their products, and you get stuck in a loop of different answers any time you try and call them to rectify the situation. It is no surprise to me that they do not have reviews on their items on their websites, because this may bring to light quality issues that they are unwilling to fix or make right. I recently ordered 4 Christmas stockings (from the same collection) that I had personalized. Every single one of them had issues -- One came completely incorrect (wrong name, font, color), the other 3 the font was not the same size across names (despite the same number of letters and no indication of this discrepancy online) and other quality issues with the embroidery itself (overlapping letters, misalignment, etc). The first CS rep I talked to was very nice, said I could refund, but told me to call back when I received the last stocking (they shipped in 2 separate orders). She said she had spoken to other people who had this issue as well. When I called back a day or so later, the CS rep I talked to said the other rep was incorrect, and because they were personalized, I could not be refunded (despite the quality issues), and could only be offered a replacement. Given the amount of issues with the 1st order, I have no confidence that the replacement will correct the issue. If that proves to be the case, I will report this as fraud to my CC company and report to the BBB for deceptive marketing tactics.

I recently bought a chair from West Elm in Orange. The people there were helpful and my experience wasnāt bad. The main reason I give this two star review is because of the $400 āwhite glove delivery feeā. When I asked the cashier about picking up the chair from the store he said I couldnāt because the chair is shipped in a crate as one piece. When the delivery guys came, I saw the chair was in multiple boxes and they put it together as I would have. I felt like the chair was already pricy but the delivery fee thatās forced on the customer is a bit ridiculous.

Very bad experience. I specifically ask if all the things that I bought were in stock, and Klaudia, the person that took care of me that day, assure me that everything was there and that everything was going to be delivered by June14. The day passed, no delivery and when I called, the manager of the store started saying that thereās no delivery day, that it was estimated, that one of the tables was in back order and that I needed to wait for that table to have all delivered. She was not nice or helpful at all. When I asked for a refund she said that I have to wait till everything was at the delivery center to start with the refund. After that l, I called customer service and asked for a full refund. I didnāt have to wait so I cancelled the hole order.

I recently re-done my master bedroom. I ordered a bed, dresser and nightstand from West Elm. I also ordered a rug, bedding, planter and a lamp separately. I had no issues with delivery with any of the items. Everyone arrived on time and in good condition. The delivery crew was on top of it as well. I've seen lots of bad reviews, maybe it was covid related, who knows. I had to wait for my furniture but I knew this upfront but it did arrived within the expected timeframe.

As part of a multi-item order, I ordered an in-stock bed that took 2 months longer than expected to arrive. I paid for the white glove delivery and set up as well. The delivery team was great; they were efficient and courteous. However, parts of the bed were missing including the hardware and the legs. We called to the store (Pinecrest) to inquire about the missing pieces. The retail sales people acted like they couldn't be bothered. The store manager was rude, both over the phone and in person. Had to call the corporate office to get any help. So disappointed at the lack of professionalism and customer service with West Elm Pinecrest. Sadly, will not be buying from them again.
