My father was at this location today, picking up his and my mother's jewelry for repair. The male salesperson double charged him. When we called back to get the refund, the male sales rep was very rude and stated that someone would need to come back to the location in order to get a refund, which is an inconvenience due to work schedules. When we asked to speak to someone else, he stated very disrespectfully that we could contact the corporate office and then he hung up on me. We have been doing business here for many years, but the service has gone downhill.

I had purchased my ring online, with the warranty. After some time, the rings gems started to fall out and the metal was starting to warp due to the thinning of the bands. I took it in to get a quote and Ms. Carlie was very helpful in making it an easy process to go through. After hearing back that they’d be unable to fix it without first costing four times more than the original price and second destroying the ring altogether, Ms. Carlie was there to help!
After coming up with a plan, we looked at rings from a lovely selection and chose a more manageable and more durable option. She then proceeded to help me set up a payment plan in which is affordable to me. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help!

My fiancé and I had a great experience at this location. Specifically, with the help of Carlie! Right away, she was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She gave us an explanation of everything, and answered all of our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. We arrived anxious and unsure and left super informed and excited! Would definitely recommend this location and Carlie’s assistance!

Thomas and the lady working on August 6th (can’t believe I’m blanking on her name) helped me and my girlfriend during the tornado find shelter in the midst of the tornado warning while we were at the mall that day and plenty of others as well. They have very blessed hearts and I’m certain whenever I need help finding a special ring or necklace for the love of my life I’ll be heading straight there for those two’s assistance.

Upon arrival, I was graciously greeted by Quintez. I was quite impressed how the young gentleman took time and patience with me as I selected a symbolic ring in honor of my 10th anniversary with my significant other. I have to admit, I am a frugal shopper. Never once did Quintez make me feel as if I was a bother. Infact, his professionalism is the reason that I followed through with my purchase! I had a very disappointing experience at the Zales store working with Brooke. She was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. Instead of addressing my concerns and helping me find the right piece of jewelry, she seemed more interested in rushing me out of the store. Her dismissive attitude and lack of customer service skills were shocking for a manager. I left feeling undervalued and frustrated. I do not recommend this location as long as Brooke is there.

I am not sure of the male salesman with brunette hair, but I am SO FORTUNATE that he did not assist my husband and I with the purchase my new wedding ring. The gentleman has poor customer service skills and is very dismissive to us, when we came in two weeks ago to pick up my ring after being resized. It was taking him quite some time to give us the ring, and my husband a I were talking and customer rep. Said “Is there an issue??????” We ignored him as we were not speaking to him. I had to ask for a box for the ring which he gave me an earring box…..We left with the ring and realized it was still too big, and returned to the store. The same gentleman assisted us with a re-do which made us nervous as he started out doing it incorrectly. Luckily, another sales rep was in the store to assist him. Today I called because we were told the ring would be in today. He said it was still out. I said to him is there anyway we can get a call when there’s a change like this? I was coming up there to get my ring. He gave no reply and we both just hung up the phone. After spending almost 4,000 on a ring, we deserve better!

Zales has joined the army of filth apparently. I purchased a solid gold chain for a decent sum of money. When speaking with the sales rep she informed me of their insurance program service. Know that I often misplace or loss items like keys and such often, I thought would be prudent to purchase the insurance for some $$ plus more. Upon my recent travels I seem to have misplaced or lost my gold chain which was a big L because it wasn't cheap. I contacted Zales and I was informed The insurance only covers damage, which is NOT what the rep told me. We even had a whole conversation about jewelry theft and loss, and her own personal experience losing items. When I contacted the store, the sales rep on the other end of the phone informing that they do not cover loss or theft and he even had the audacity to laugh. Over the years I've purchases several items for this business but never again. What filth!

Brooke truly makes buying jewelry a breeze. I feel welcomed, and secure buying from this particular Zales specifically because of her customer service, knowledge and eye for what looks good. I’ve bought a chain and bracelet here and have trusted them with sizing heirloom rings from my family. I trust this store, their quality of jewelry and their staff. The way this Zales is managed should be a model for other jewelry stores. Will definitely do all my future purchases here! This staff rocks. Thanks!
