I shop here all the time. It’s nice to see now that the back wall has a ton of jeans on clearance for 29 bucks. The only complaint is I had to return an item I ordered online because they weren’t stretchy and didn’t fit like the other 10 pair I have in size 10, so I exchange them and she said my total was 15 bucks ( I paid 40 for the jeans online)I almost paid it, but realized she rung up the clearance full price. So I woulda been overcharged like 30 bucks. Besides that, I love this store. I only wear AE jeans. It can be expensive but worth it.

The lady who clearly was walking around with bare hangers and had nothing to do should be fired. Unwilling to help coworkers with a line of people to sit and play dress up in store. Embarrassing.

super high rise has a whole all, high rise has a whole wall, mom jeans and whatever 90s jeans are has a whole wall. But jeggings/ has a tiny little section with only 5 of the worst options and normal just skinny jeans are no where to be found. The options for people who don’t want their pants all the way up to their chest are literally non existent, the very few I can pick from no holes or anything, when I was there there the only one pair of pants in that entire store that were weren’t mega ultra high rise and had holes and they only were available in size 0 and like size 18

Rachel helped me so much. I haven't shopped for jeans in years. The last time I got frustrated mad left. This time my size is significantly smaller but I still "feel" like I'm my larger size. Very confusing and hard to shop .... Especially with a 7 year old. She was the best. I appreciate you so much Rachel! Thank you

Went here on my birthday around 4:10 pm on May 25th. There were three girls that were very rude and didn’t want to assist customers. I asked for a fitting room and got put in one with boxes that took up most the space. It was the back right fitting room. I went into Aerie to see if someone was there to checkout because the girls in the main area were busy, but no one was there. I came back and asked where I can get checked out and they all starting talking about sending me to Aerie. Overall, it’s just bad customer service and very rude. The girls need to pay more attention to what is happening around them with the customers. Below is one of the girls ID’s. Please do better.

Disappointed that this brand claims body positivity but doesn't have anything over a DD or a 40 in the actual store. This particular location isn't my favourtie because the girls are always standing in a little circle at the crossway between Aerie and American Eagle just chatting away instead of helping customers.
