First day I went over a problem with my phone was told they had to have sales receipt form 3 years ago because they said my son’s password was wrong, it wasn’t they just wrote it down wrong I kept telling him so but he would not listen they were very rude. So I go back today and walk in unlocked door only to be greeted with your not supposed to be in here , I said door was unlocked so I came in and of course I’m greeted with rude people. She was like well you’re still not supposed to be in here. We’re not opened up yet. So you need to get out. They need to have a course for theses people that work here on customer training.

Went into this store to make a purchase and heard the reps blatantly saying terrible things about representatives at mobile carrier stores. Maybe they should consider that the customers in their store who are listening to them could be one of those representatives and won't appreciate being spoken about poorly. I just turned around and walked out. Won't be back.

Excellent service Kirt. Reminded me that there was a 10% military discount but I would have to pay for it without an installment plan and that I could open an Apple charge account and get an additional 3% off the purchase. Worked great. He also did a great job of helping us transfer information to the new phone.

I really really like this Apple store! It gives of kind of a crowded vibe, but the employees are always kind. There's always going to be a person available to help you, which is incredible team management! I came here to get my air pods replaced / buy a new charger, and I was in and out of there! The sales floor here really know how to be professional and knowledgeable of all products :)

I traded in my phones (my wife’s and mine) when they asked if I wanted to cancel the Citizen loan. I inquired about the terms, and they informed me that the loan would be canceled, and the phone would be exchanged for T-Mobile credits. However, after receiving multiple messages indicating that my traded-in phone wasn’t received, I contacted the online support and I was then directed to contact the store.
Now, I’m being told by the store that there’s nothing they can do per the manager and multiple phone calls. They gave me a refund for 893 (trade-in subtract trade-in valve) but now I am getting charges for the amount of the trade-in credit when it the amount of the refund. I’m required to pay the phone out over the T-Mobile installment plan, which is equal to $2,298. The loan payout valve was $1200. So it was cheaper to pay out the loan. One of the managers tried to help me, but there’s nothing else they can do. I’m still receiving charges because of the store’s mistake. Apple should compensate for the phones because they misinformed me. The person who handles our transactions when we traded in the phone usually works the Genius Bar, not a sales associate, so he didn’t even know what he was doing, according to the manager. This is especially concerning during the Apple 17 drop weekend. I genuinely believe Apple should cover the cost of the phones. I was told one thing, and it would have been cheaper to pay off the Apple upgrade program loan than to buy new phones. However, the incompetent associate misled us, and now I’ll have to pay over $2,000 when I shouldn’t be paying anything for my T-Mobile installment because that is the original promotion I signed up for.
I called Apple support, but they instructed me to call the store. The store manager has already informed me that there’s nothing they can do. So, I’m still stuck in this situation!

I really like Apple products, but my experience at this store was very disappointing. We came during a quiet time, yet the employees were busy chatting and ignored my questions. I was trying to trade in my iPad, and the staff said it needed to be charged. However, they plugged it into an outlet that wasn’t working, so after waiting for half an hour, nothing happened. I eventually used my own phone to check and found out there was no power in that outlet. I don’t think this level of service matches the quality and reputation of Apple’s products.

Says walk ins welcomed. That is just simply NOT true. To describe my customer experience it would be Rude employees. I paid over $1000 for my new Apple phone, I didn’t pay that much to be treated so poorly. So disappointed but their ratings tell it all. Do yourself a favor, don’t go to the Apple Store at the Greenes in Beavercreek.

So unhelpful caused more problems then they solved.
I went in for a screen repair on Monday got my computer back on Tuesday, the computer died on Thursday. They told me it was water damaged between Tuesday and Thursday and wasn’t their fault. The guy accosted me asking me what I did. Two years no water damage and I give it to you and it’s water boarded. Wouldn’t do anything to help. Told me it wasn’t their fault. I wouldn’t trust these people with my computer.

Always too busy and long waits are the norm to walk in and get something fixed. That said, they eventually do get to every customer eventually and offer promo repairs (a few hours) in most cases.
