“Had another great experience at the dealership. After i totaled my car within a month i had to buy another one. Abel from dealership was fantastic as usual. He helped me another car asap. He kept me informed and the best part is that he is always responsive. Great customer service again. The only thing that i didn't like was that Mazda did not give me a loyalty credit because i had the accident before i could register the car. I still paid off the car. I think that is pretty stupid of mazda and lack of customer service on their part. Abel did go above and beyond in making the calls for me to get the credit so shame on mazda usa.
