“Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, gets parts quite quickly when needed. I used to be an AutoZone guy, but I've since learned that the true car guys work at O'Reilly. This location in particular is very helpful at finding parts, and ordering or getting them in-store quickly. Really helped me in a pinch a couple times as I was working an engine swap and needed a few things quickly so the project didn't get slowed down.”

“Excellent service and friendly staff. I can count on them for sound advice and the ability to obtain hard to find items and have competitive prices. Whether you are looking for maintenance parts or something harder to find, stop in and see the folks at Genuine Auto for assistance. They have many years of auto maintenance experience and part supply distribution!”

“Knew what I wanted so no hard sell. It was used, so they would not do anything with the asking price or offer military discounts or anything else to help with pricing. That would be my only negative comment. But, they did do me right the next day when I went back looking for a deal for our non-profit archery club. Not only did the manager offer a great discount to make it affordable for our club. But, they also put a new battery and fixed a few issues at no cost to us. We have been trying to find something decent that we could afford for a couple yesrs now.”

“Had another great experience at the dealership. After i totaled my car within a month i had to buy another one. Abel from dealership was fantastic as usual. He helped me another car asap. He kept me informed and the best part is that he is always responsive. Great customer service again. The only thing that i didn't like was that Mazda did not give me a loyalty credit because i had the accident before i could register the car. I still paid off the car. I think that is pretty stupid of mazda and lack of customer service on their part. Abel did go above and beyond in making the calls for me to get the credit so shame on mazda usa. Thank you Abel for all your help, it is much appreciated. Thank you Abel”
