“I got a flat tire last week and called Tire Choice to see what a patch would cost. They told me roughly $30 and I was happy with that price. I brought it in and the staff were very nice and personable. The person working on my tire came to ask where I had it plugged because he was concerned it was done poorly and I got ripped off (the flat happened at work and a coworker plugged it for me). I thought that was very considerate. Then when the service was done they said it was free. I'll definitely be coming back here for my auto needs!”

“Took my 2021 Ram 1500 truck there to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. And for an alignment. Unfortunately they weren't able to align my truck because their alignment machine only went to 2016 on the specs. I was assured that they would update their machine and get me in and done. It's much appreciated that they would do that for a customer. Also, had one wheel not balanced right, and they apologized, admitted their mistake, and made it right. Again, honestly is important and much appreciated.”

“Had another great experience at the dealership. After i totaled my car within a month i had to buy another one. Abel from dealership was fantastic as usual. He helped me another car asap. He kept me informed and the best part is that he is always responsive. Great customer service again. The only thing that i didn't like was that Mazda did not give me a loyalty credit because i had the accident before i could register the car. I still paid off the car. I think that is pretty stupid of mazda and lack of customer service on their part. Abel did go above and beyond in making the calls for me to get the credit so shame on mazda usa. “I dealt with Josh Hay in the service department and I can not say enough good things about his customer service, communication and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of for me. My F-150 was stollen and recovered with mostly interior damage. He worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was overlooked. We had an issue getting new keys cut but he worked with Ford corporate for weeks trying to get it worked out... but made sure I had my truck back as soon as all the other work was completed. Everyone I dealt with there from the minute I pulled in the service department was friendly, helpful and professional. I will be back for future service needs.”
