“I was traveling and en route home from several states away, when I got an engine light. Got off the expressway and found an O'Reilly auto parts store to pull the code. Bought the parts indicated and asked for a recommendation on a local auto repair shop and Beavercreek Auto Care was at the top of their list. I limped in there with my car and owner Frank Hill was able to help me as a walk in from out of town, and get me back on the road. So appreciative. I brought my 2005 PT Cruiser 2.4L turbo/Automatic Tranny in thinking I needed a highly expensive repair, but the team took the time to do a proper, thorough FREE diagnostic check of my transmission.
- Bob Adams (Manager): Running a phenomenal shop, Bob ensures the entire process is transparent and genuinely cares about the customer's safety and budget. He followed up with me daily to provide me with an update and when the job was expected to be completed. He also informed me to return in 1500 miles to ensure my car was running smoothly.
- Debrah Quirk (Service Advisor): Debrah was a lifesaver. Her and Bob explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle in terms I could understand, prioritized the immediate fixes versus what could wait, and helped me find the best financial solution. I never felt pressured or intimidated.
- Scott Habshi (Transmission Specialist/Technician): The mechanical work is top tier. The tech went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed efficiently and correctly the first time. My car is now shifting and running better than it has in years. Plus, he respected my vehicle and kept it clean. I received my vehicle the same way as I turned it in for the repair action

Also they just did a complete brake job on my girl friends Chevy Malibu. They got it done the day we dropped it off and the work is done wonderfully. “We were passing though Dayton in our Transit camper van on our way to the Canadian Maritimes. Over the many miles from the SW I noticed some tire sounds associated with wearing tires and balance issues. I needed tires balanced and rotated. It was also time for an oil change and I wanted the tires done right away while we wait. The oil change was no problem but the staff went out of their way to get the tires done while we waited. They had no reason to accommodate the tire work at our convenience but they did. We really appreciated their support so we could continue on our trip. Everyone from the service greeter and service writers to the techs who understood the rotation issues on a dually transit van with mixed steel and aluminum wheels, were awesome. I highly recommend this dealership for their service.”

“Needed a tow in the freezing cold around the holidays. Tried to get a tow through my insurance provider and was told it would be 1-2 hours which was unacceptable since I was sitting in the freezing cold. W&W arrived within 15 minutes of calling and the driver was polite and helpful. Determined I needed a battery jump and was on my way within 10 minutes. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future!”

“I called and got an appointment the next day. I’m from out of state so needed an appointment and repair before traveling home. The staff was courteous and helpful. The repairs were completed quickly. The car dealer had provided a list of fixes for my car when I took it in to have some recalls completed. One high priority was a new battery. The folks at AAA said my battery was fine and did not need replacement. It makes me question the dealer. I may get all my repairs done when traveling to Dayton from now on!”
“I visited this location for a new set of tires about a month ago. Recieved great service from knowledgeable techs. I was able to come back in today and receive a free oil change (due to the purchase of four tires). It was a seamless, enjoyable experience. I will be returning the next time I have any tire issues!”
