“Augustine Automotive is an exceptional auto repair shop which I can recommend to anyone with no reservations. I have been going to them for years, taking them a variety of make and model cars exhibiting a wide range of performance issues. In every case they have diagnosed the issues quickly, explained the problems clearly, estimated the repair cost accurately, made the repairs timely while maintaining an honest, clean shop run in a professional manner.”

“I have lived in many cities and states over the years and this is without question the best garage I have ever dealt with anywhere. Admittedly there are a few other garages in the area I believe are also very good, however, The Impact Garage is a clear stand out. Honest advice, very reasonable prices, and absolutely excellent service. I truly can not recommend this place enough.”

“I can't recommend this shop enough. They were honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell me on work I didn't need. They diagnosed the problem quickly, kept me updated throughout the repair, and had my vehicle back sooner than I expected. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the work gave me complete confidence. It's hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I definitely found one here. I'll be coming back for any future repairs and maintenance, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.”

“Thankful for the team at this Grismer Location. After finding out my tires were losing chunks of them during driving, Jeff quoted me a great set of tires that fit my needs with a valuable warranty too. The technician working on my truck also alerted me of some potential future issues to look out for.”

“Doug is the person I communicated with at this Brownies IT. He was very polite and helpful in advising me about the kind of transmission/engine for my vehicle, no one can fix. I must take it to the dealership to fix my problem! I have a 2016 Hyundai Tuscan 16 Turbo Limited edition (7 gears)! He was honest and handled me carefully as a woman (black woman to be exact)! To them I say THANK YOU!!! 10 stars for my experience! Go check them out!”

“I always love going to JeffSchmitt Cadillac. I bought my first Cadillac 9 years ago and fell in love with it. Just bought my Cadillac XT6 2024 and love it. Rob is always so informative and sweet. He knows what he is talking about. They make you feel like family there. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and welcome. Thank you for being my dealership!”

“Had another great experience at the dealership. After i totaled my car within a month i had to buy another one. Abel from dealership was fantastic as usual. He helped me another car asap. He kept me informed and the best part is that he is always responsive. Great customer service again. The only thing that i didn't like was that Mazda did not give me a loyalty credit because i had the accident before i could register the car. I still paid off the car. I think that is pretty stupid of mazda and lack of customer service on their part. Abel did go above and beyond in making the calls for me to get the credit so shame on mazda usa. Thank you Abel for all your help, it is much appreciated. Thank you Abel”

“I had an outstanding experience at the AAMCO transmission specialist and Car Care facility located in Alpha, Ohio. I brought my 2005 PT Cruiser 2.4L turbo/Automatic Tranny in thinking I needed a highly expensive repair, but the team took the time to do a proper, thorough FREE diagnostic check of my transmission. - Bob Adams (Manager): Running a phenomenal shop, Bob ensures the entire process is transparent and genuinely cares about the customer's safety and budget. He followed up with me daily to provide me with an update and when the job was expected to be completed. He also informed me to return in 1500 miles to ensure my car was running smoothly. - Debrah Quirk (Service Advisor): Debrah was a lifesaver. Her and Bob explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle in terms I could understand, prioritized the immediate fixes versus what could wait, and helped me find the best financial solution. I never felt pressured or intimidated. - Scott Habshi (Transmission Specialist/Technician): The mechanical work is top tier. The tech went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed efficiently and correctly the first time. My car is now shifting and running better than it has in years. Plus, he respected my vehicle and kept it clean. I received my vehicle the same way as I turned it in for the repair action Thank you to the whole team at Alpha, Ohio AAMCO. I'll absolutely be bringing all my vehicles here for future car care!”

“It's a beautiful day at SVG Beavercreek, and it's not just the weather that's bright but also the smiles of some very familiar faces. Pictured here is Steve VanGorder, the CEO of SVG Motors, alongside Mike Hartsock, the long-time WHIO TV sports anchor, and Carl Nichols, the esteemed weatherman for WDTN TV. Their presence at the dealership is a testament to the community connections and the local legends that SVG Motors values. A casual yet memorable moment under the clear Dayton sky, with a lineup of vehicles ready for the road behind them. It’s a snapshot of good company and the local spirit that drives SVG Beavercreek forward.”

“I would and have trusted this shop with my life. I got stranded in Xenia on a long road trip where my car broke down, and W&W was able to get my car drivable in just one day so I could get home. Kyle was amazing to work with and dealt with my many questions and calls all day. I trust this shop to be honest, knowledgeable, and highly capable, and I cannot thank them enough for their quick work that allowed me to get home safely.”

“We were passing though Dayton in our Transit camper van on our way to the Canadian Maritimes. Over the many miles from the SW I noticed some tire sounds associated with wearing tires and balance issues. I needed tires balanced and rotated. It was also time for an oil change and I wanted the tires done right away while we wait. The oil change was no problem but the staff went out of their way to get the tires done while we waited. They had no reason to accommodate the tire work at our convenience but they did. We really appreciated their support so we could continue on our trip. Everyone from the service greeter and service writers to the techs who understood the rotation issues on a dually transit van with mixed steel and aluminum wheels, were awesome. I highly recommend this dealership for their service.”

“I called and got an appointment the next day. I’m from out of state so needed an appointment and repair before traveling home. The staff was courteous and helpful. The repairs were completed quickly. The car dealer had provided a list of fixes for my car when I took it in to have some recalls completed. One high priority was a new battery. The folks at AAA said my battery was fine and did not need replacement. It makes me question the dealer. I may get all my repairs done when traveling to Dayton from now on!”

“They worked with me and gave me a great deal on seven tires (6 on ground and 1 spare) for my motorhome! I really like the included extras - like free rotation, inflation, etc.”
