“This bank is fantastic, especially Mikal. We ran into issues with our Morgage application and he took time out of his vacation to call us. He literally checked in on us weekly during the process to make sure we were satisfied. Anytime my partner and I had questions, he would simplify it and explain things to us. I will continue to use Chase bank due to this gentleman and will tell everyone to meet with Mikal. Even though I am moving away, I will still continue to use this specific branch due to this one person.”

“I had to stop by the branch because I had a few things that need to be done, depositing a check to my escrow company, submitting a business form, and get some documents notarized for me and my tenant. The first two tasks were done quickly and smoothly. However, I noticed that I forgot to print out a couple documents for the notary, associate Courtney Tackett was kind enough to print out those forms for me and notarized them. She was patient, funny and knowledgeable. She made the whole transaction so pleasant. She saved me so much time and hassle having to drive to many different places and making many phone calls to get things done. Cannot say good enough things about her.”

“This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”

I was then able to contact my employer and get my account # updated. I left a voice mail Friday afternoon expecting not to hear anything until Monday. She returned my voicemail at the end of the day on a Friday just to let me know it had all been resolved.”
