They are always so friendly at this location! I never feel bad about asking silly questions about coupons or sales, and they always have answers and know what promotions are going on. As a retail worker myself, it’s good to see such great customer service from them again and again.

Went to BBW today for some car fresheners and had the most pleasant interaction with Gabe! He was my cashier and was so friendly and inviting. He took his time to talk about car fresheners scents and products! Very sincere and knowledgeable. Thank you Gabe!
