Reimagining family jewelry and repurposing sentimental wedding bands. Sm Its hard to do-and its hard to find the right partner. My husband's wedding band has haunted me since his death. This double ring (a vintage 1070's orange blossom fusion of a white gold ring with a yellow gold ring) seemed to terrify the other jewelers I talked to, even a custom jeweler in Atlanta. Nick did a great job of I am so happy with this final remake for my husband'sdaughter. The original band was sized A LOT , the engraving inside saved, laser engraving was done on the band to make he join invisible and a black diamond added to make it seem less like a wedding ring, more like a remembrance. Nick did a wonderful job of brainstorming the options to meet the goals, keep the cost reasonable and preserve as much of the original memory as possible

Nick and his staff are well educated, seasoned and artists. Nick was the jeweler and goldsmith that hand applied beading and a Florentine finish to a semi custom ring....that he burnished a 9 ct blue zircon. Many years ago, Bob the previous jeweler and owner did most of my sizing, repair, appraisals and he set my late mother engagement diamond into a mounting for me. So I have trusted them with my jewelry for 40 years. Recently, I had a chair repaired and spotted a cool stick pendant and it went home with me.Their prices are so fair too. I wouldn't go anywhere else Brent S.

Took a ring in to be placed in a different setting! it took the longest time to get it! I had moved closer to Beavercreek, that is why I chose Beavercreek Jewelry. when I finally got it back three weeks later, I questioned the size of my diamonds they looked a lot smaller I was told that is because of the setting I chose! I told them no! I was told to leave the store with my ring. I will not go back to the store, I do not trust them! A week after getting the ring back a Diamond fell out, it was not the size I took in.

I went in to get a watch sized and Nick showed such a good work ethic, I decided to purchase a gold ring. I had no intention of buying anything, only wanted to get my watch sized, but because he took the time to try, I wanted to spend a few dollars. Thanks Nick looking forward to working with you in the future on my jewelry investments. Keep up the good customer service..

My mom and sister both have shopped here before me so I had heard nothing but good things. This place and Nick are truly amazing. I came in a week before leaving for vacation and needed a miracle. He made that miracle happen and got me the ring I wanted and loved before we had left. She said yes and a big part of it is a huge thanks to Nick and the team. Will be back to get my ring when the time comes.

I've been a client of Nick Longo's for many years and my wife and I have purchased all her fine jewelry from him since. I trust no one else and he's been good to us. When purchasing her engagement ring I told him my budget and what I was looking for. He didn't have the diamond in store but made some calls and had it in hand the next day. He's been in the business long enough and knows the right people to find what you're looking for.

I cannot say enough good things about Nick. He helped me put together the ring of my dreams for my fiancée and I, and was always an absolute pleasure to talk too. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. He’s also very communicative and likes to get to know his customers - which is a rarity these days. Beavercreek Jewelers has recently gone under new ownership and has relocated to a new building so if you haven’t checked it out yet I 100% would!!

Been a customer for years and my mother has been using them for 30 years, used to recommend them to everyone! However ownership changed (apparently in April) and very disappointed in the new way things are done. The new owners will not honor any warranty or services that were promised before the ownership change. So I was shocked to hear them coming in to get my ring cleaned and dipped and they charged me $75. I asked about a discount seeing as this was supposed to be a lifetime service at no charge since the ring was purchased there and nope owners don’t care, they don’t care about the business of loyal customers, and not to mention the same service is only $50 at the big chain stores. They’ve lost my family as customers. The small local business appeal is gone.

Don't use this jeweler! I took my wedding set in for some rework....adding a Marque diamond(I bought this from another shop in NC), appraisal and resizing. I am told they can do what I'm wanting and leave the rings. I have been a customer of this jeweler since they opened the doors and have referred lots of people. After 6 weeks they say it's ready. I am flabbergasted when I see them! The rings are not round, the bridges of the solitare are cut straight across, and the ring looks unfinished. I am assured "Ray will call me to discuss and make it right" so I leave it again. 6 more weeks of "Ray is on vacation" its now been 12 weeks and I am now angry! The wedding ring is larger than the engagement, there is a glob of solder holding in one of the side diamonds, no appraisal, and they want me to pay for the rework!! I leave with my set and did not pay. As I ware it home, the glob of solder breaks and I loose the diamond! Took my set to another jeweler this week. Explained what happen prior. The set now needs completely rebuilt, the missing diamond replaced and they inform me the solitare Marque diamond has damage to it!!!!!!!! I had certifications on the diamond when I purchased it!! You can make the same assumption I did! Don't use this jeweler ever!!

Would not recommend Beavercreek Jewelers. My husband bought my engagement ring here and had a decent experience. However, when I took the ring back to be resized I was told it would be done in a week. Three weeks later and I had been contacted ZERO times. When I called in we were told the jeweler was out of town. Fine, so we waited. We called again and same thing. Then we finally just showed up and the ring had not been worked on at all...After three weeks. Later that day they finally finished it and only because we had to literally stop in at the store and ask about it. A few weeks go by and my ring snaps in half and loses diamonds. I took it back and the jeweler admitted to it being a poor welding job and that he would fix it free of charge...great! Estimated time to be fixed 1.5 weeks. Here we are 4 weeks later after multiple calls. The jeweler is out of town once again and no update. I stopped in the store today to just pick up my ring and take it elsewhere. The ring had not been worked on at all. Not to mention they had to dig through multiple boxes just to find it. I'm assuming these are all the backed up orders. They are friendly in person but I can only feel like I was lied to. They have a total lack of communication with their customers and from what I can tell are weeks behind on orders. They had to search through 4 boxes of orders that are waiting on the jeweler just to find mine. In person they are very nice and helpful and we enjoyed our in person experience. Unfortunately the lack of communication and turn around time is why we have given a low review. We would return if these things are addressed. Please communicate with your customers. We understand if things come up, family emergencies, etc. but if turnaround time is going to triple please communicate.
