One of my favorite places to go at the green and they have good sales and clearance too. Plus if you're a member (small fee that's worth it for an entire year) then you get a discount and coupon for every purchase. They are always very friendly and helpful too.

Absolutely beautiful place, amazing to walk around and browse. Sadly, probably due to how gorgeous this place is, they really overprice their books. I found three books that I really liked but I ended up buying them online for less than half the price this store asked for.

Was confused about the different tickets for an author visit the staff said if I bought either ticket I could come to the discussion. Show up and they said that I bought the wrong ticket and left me with the other people who bought the wrong ticket OUTSIDE in the rain for a little under 2 hours! When the author was upstairs there would've been more than enough room for us to be downstairs away from the rain. So after spending an hour and a half to get here only to be told to wait outside and still having to wait in a long line. Not coming here and would encourage authors and guest to not come here or use this place.

Great selection of books, magazines, toys, and novelty items for all ages. It's spread over 2 floors but does have an elevator.

Great selection of books and good store but service was not good at all. They upsold my 16 year old daughter at the checkout on 'free' magazine subscriptions for 3 different magazines. She is now being charged for these magazines and it has been a nightmare trying to cancel them. Ridiculous to do that, especially to a minor.

Before this became a Books A Million it had a much larger selection of books. Most genre fiction has been drastically cut (3 aisles of Sci-fi/Fantasy vs a single aisle now). They still have a nice, big, clean space and very helpful staff. The selection has just been cut. I'm not sure what they're planning to use the space for, but it was a big let down today.

This store has just about every book you can imagine. Great place to take your kids or teens. I stop in every chance I have.

This was a very well organized two story bookstore! They have a wide variety of books and even collectable items. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They also have an elevator for people who can't use the stairs to reach the second floor.

Doing some remodeling. Looks like maybe a name change, not sure BAM? Books A Million maybe. They were doing lots of spring cleaning for sure. Everyone there so friendly & selection looks great.

Says a LOT that their fluffy sections for self-help and magic sky dude were massive, and I never found the technology or any real skill improvement sections. However, I was only there for 40 min. Don't get me wrong, self-help sections have immense value, but maybe not a quarter of the store with poor signage.

it's almost 80 degrees outside and inside the store is 80+ too hot to even shop, Turn on the AC. Customers will stay longer.

Was looking for 2 series and the staff was very helpful...the check out was a bit pushing with there membership program but I get it that upper management pushes that stuff.

Store was great. Sad they only offered frozen yogurt inside with no options for beverages at all.

I work close to the Greene and I love stopping in to Books and Co. during my lunch break or after work. I had some time yesterday before I had to be at dinner and of course I ended up in the bookstore!I love how this store is set up. They have tables at up right in the front with all the most popular books right now. Even when I don't buy anything, it's nice to walk around and get an idea of what good books everyone is reading.they also have an amazing clearance section and I am usually able to find 2-3 books every time that are on my wish list. These books are usually between $4-10. I also love that they have beautiful editions of the classics and I have purchased many of my favorites in these versions.I know I will stopping in here many more times this year and will find my next favorite read!
