Atmosphere was beautiful. Food was just OK. Bread was stale and food choices were ok for an expensive menu. Had the lobster bisque which tasted like it came out of a can.Had a waiter with a pony tail. Was very slow at his job. Saw my frustration and chose not to come to our table. Not happy with the service nor the price. Wouldn't eat there again.

We were extremely disappointed! In this economy, it is a treat when I go out and spend $100 for dinner (we don’t drink alcohol). I only wish I had come here and read the current reviews before I decided that we would go to Brio for dinner last night.Service was slow but my wife’s lobster bisque, and my wedge salad were brought to us in a timely fashion and they were both very good but everything went downhill after that. It was at least 30 minutes before Andres came out after the soup and salad. They were dead , which is a term used when food was left in the window too long. As a previous restaurant, general manager, I could see this immediately. When I raised this issue with my waiter he explained to me that the pasta dish (my wife’s dish) was actually finished off in the oven. I’m not stupid. My mashed potatoes had a crusty outer shell from sitting under a heat lamp too long. They were not fluffy like you would expect to accompany a $40 entrée. The sad part is that when we got there Only two tables were occupied, and when we left, there were only five tables dining. They couldn’t even maintain decent ticket times with diners. Also, the restaurant was very cold and That made us enjoy our experience even less. Needless to say, we won’t be back anytime soon. Again, in this economy, I hate to leave a restaurant spending $100 and having a horrible experience. My advice is to dine elsewhere!

The last 3visits we have had here have been just defeating. The first one was carpaccio and it was cooked, the second was take out and they gave us the wrong order- this 3rd visit around has been crazy…We sat at the bar for 20mins and were clearly getting ignored. After 20mins, I called the front desk to get our order placed since nobody is willing to come talk to us. Ordered over the phone for something that was supposed to be a dine in and took it to go. Horrible service, food on horrible decline, and clearly they simply just don’t care. We will not be going back, just horrible what has happened to this place.

I absolutely love Brio, I come here very often; normally once a week, at least. However, they received new menus which are subpar at best. The new menus have the incorrect wine amounts, as well as various other inconsistencies within the menu. I do have to say Heather and Marvin are absolutely amazing and are the best bartenders at Brio!!!

Regret spending $45 on carryout. Food looks terrible and they couldn’t even get my order right and restaurant is empty. Waited for them to remake my order and they just threw it together without even cooking the spinach in the pasta. Just raw spinach laying on top. As my reward for waiting I get to keep the food they made incorrectly. How sweet. Tipped the girl before I checked my order. That was a mistake because she didn’t even ring it in right or check for accuracy. Waste of money

If you're seeking a run-of-the-mill Italian dining experience, look no further than Brio. This restaurant offers a lackluster menu reminiscent of a trip to your neighborhood Olive Garden.Upon entering, you're greeted with faux-Italian decor that fails to evoke any genuine ambiance. The menu boasts all the Italian-American classics you'd expect, from over-sauced pasta dishes to uninspired pizzas.Start with the bread sticks - they didn't have any to offer, unlike Olive Garden. Just basic slices of sour dough bread, which was good. For mains, the pasta dishes are passable at best. The marinara sauce tastes like it came straight from a jar, and the pasta itself lacks the al dente perfection one would hope for. The portion sizes are generous, but unfortunately, that's one of the few redeeming qualities.Service is efficient but lacks warmth. Don't expect any genuine Italian hospitality here—just the perfunctory motions of a typical chain establishment. In conclusion, Brio is a forgettable dining option that may satisfy a craving for generic Italian fare, but falls short of delivering any memorable culinary experiences. If you're in the mood for true Italian cuisine, you're better off exploring other options in the area.

Everything from the time we sat down to the time we left was wonderful! Our server greeted us and gave us time to look over the menu. She didn't hover and she did pay attention to our needs. Our entrees were fabulous! I had the chicken limone while my guest had lasagna. Both couldn't have been prepared better! We finished our dining experience with coffee. Just a great evening all around!

It's actually taken me awhile to write this review due to the severe trauma it caused. My boyfriend and I planned to dine here in celebration of me getting a new job. We planned on sharing a bottle of wine and having an amazing dinner. Unfortunately, that never happened. Upon arrival, we noticed a plethora of empty seats. While one staff member in particular noticed us when we walked in... she began blatantly ignoring us. About 15 minutes later a clearly exhausted server finally came up to us to seat us. She placed the menus in front of us and made the comment "I doubt you'll need these". I was confused by her comment, so I began paying closer attention to what was going on. We asked for waters and the wine menu. As I saw the server returning with our bread and waters... the manager that had ignored us when we arrived... abruptly stopped her and began berating her, and questioning "where she thought she was going" the server then motioned to our table.. and the manager said absolutely not! And refused to let the server serve us. In this moment the table next to us had a concern and had asked for a manager multiple times. The manager finally realizes that that table had asked for a manager. Upon arrival at the table next to us, the manager apologizes for the delay and states that she thought my table was asking for a manager and not theirs. She continues to say "I don't want to talk to them, I want them to leave. I don't know what they're doing but I don't support whatever that is." Before even acknowledging that tables specific concern. We waited another 30 minutes, absolutely horrified and in disbelief that this even happened. Let alone with how BOLD the manager was about it... then left without even getting bread or drinks . This had been my favorite restaurant since it opened. Not anymore. I will never return again, and encourage others to do the same. The service has declined exponentially over the years. This is absolutely unacceptable, and quite VILE.

We had a large group, and it did take a little longer to be served. But portions are generous.
