I've been a supporter of Burlington for years, you can always find a bargain. I recommend the Beavercreek location, customer service is top tier. The cashier ( Nacole) was very professional and provided positive energy. Highly recommend this location

They store doesn't enough employees. Something in peak hours you can expect to be waiting 45 to an hours to get to the register.

While shopping here, I encountered an employee who was not identifiable as staff, as she appeared to be shopping. She began arguing with customers, including myself, and yelling at people to move out of her way. When we reached checkout, we realized she actually worked there, as she used her walkie-talkie to make fun of us with someone who later identified herself as a manager named Hadley.
We requested a manager from our cashier—who remained calm and professional—but the same employee continued yelling over the walkie that “childish customers” wanted to see her. When the manager arrived, the employee kept arguing and name-calling. I politely asked the manager to remove the employee from the situation so we could speak professionally, but she did not respond or attempt to de-escalate.
As a market manager myself, I would be embarrassed to have staff behave this way. The two cashiers on duty were professional and clearly uncomfortable. We ultimately left once it became clear the manager was not able to take control or resolve the issue on Burlington’s behalf.

I love the stuff that's in the store the prices are awesome but the store is an absolute mess they need to hire more people one cashier working and there was 30 people in line it took us over an hour to get checked out

I walked into Burlington ready to give it a fair chance, and I’ll admit it — I actually found a few things worth buying. Then I reached the checkout and realized the whole store was being run by two people. One on the register, one half-heartedly restocking, and a line that barely moved for thirty minutes.
If a business wastes my time, it doesn’t get my money. I’m not supporting a store that cuts corners on staffing just to save a dollar. That’s not efficiency — that’s poor management.
I walked out, and I won’t be back. A store that respects its customers knows how to run itself. This one clearly doesn’t.

They're really not hiring so don't bother putting in an app. They'll set up your orientation then tell you "they can't find you in their system". They'll waste your time. Went out for "orientation" twice and then a week later they sent an email telling me they're sorry I'm not interested in the job even tho I wasted 2 weeks trying to get in here when I could have looked somewhere else

Currently been standing in line for 49 min and there is only two registers open , and the line is wrapped around and through men’s . Workers are walking up and grabbing items then walking away .. the person behind me left her cart and walked out after 30 min ! It’s the weekend before school starts , you should have your front end covered .
