“People were friendly & helpful. I found everything I was looking for in the right sizes, plus a couple of other things! ❤️ This store! I usually shop online. However, it was well worth the trip. Nothing like the in-person experience, especially when the employees are welcoming & nice.”

“I went this location yesterday, and the check-out time was around 3:30pm.This was my first time visiting this location, and the customer service was great!They have lots of selections, so I was able to get what I was looking for.There were people had to wait for a little bit to get into the fitting room, but the staff with short light-brown hair, wearing glasses handled it smoothly. Also, this employee kindly assisted everyone to go to an empty room. ?It could've been better if they put a sign like "line starts here" or "do not enter this way" though. ?After I picked items I want, waited for check-out. There were 4 cashiers at the register, but they were busy with long line of waiting. One of then ended up call another cashier to come to the register.Then, this cashier lady's customer service was a top notch! Not only her kindness made me feel happy, but the beautiful smile and cute blue dress were plus as well! ?And the fun joke made my day. ??Thank you so much!”

“I believe this was my first time purchasing anything from Eddie Bauer. I stumbled upon an online sale and decided to order two flannels. Unfortunately, I am smack dab in the middle between a size Large and a size Medium. I took a gamble and ordered two mediums… and they were slightly two small. So I decided to come to this location to confirm that the size large would indeed fit me correctly. I brought the two mediums with me just to compare and Sarah, who I believe is one of the managers here, ended up taking it upon herself to process my return in store saving me a decent amount of money, time and hassle, on what would have been the cost of return shipping. To complicate things, the sale on these two flannels had ended. Unlike many other retail locations, instead of writing me off Sarah continued to work the problem until she was able to successfully accept the exchange. I really appreciated her willingness to help on a busy Saturday afternoon! These may have been my first Eddie Bauer purchases but I’m sure they will not be my last! Thanks!”

“Yes, its beautiful, my favorite time to go is Christmas time to see the beautiful outstanding holiday decorations. It always gave a comforting feeling. I went today & was very surprised at how little it was decorated, it saddened me, as this mall is beautiful & uplifting but it was very different today. I hope its only because of not enough help or something , Maybe next year we all will see that Beauty of Christmas back next year... MERRY CHRISTMAS!
