This place is a joke. I have been there at least four or five times and each time I am told they’re going to pass on my items. Don’t waste your time.

Never clear what they’re looking for. I definitely drop off good brands in good condition clothing in style and the one thing picked will always be something random. Also, when I look around I definitely feel like my clothes are way nicer so how come they chose those? I make the effort to bring things because I’d like to thrift and not contribute to waste … but after the fourth time having them do that. It’s not worth the 35 min drive. I think I’m just doing Goodwill from now on and calling it a day.

Please be aware. Several items were in a bag for them to assess. About half had tags/unused, brand new. When they gave me my bag back stating none could be resold, they conveniently kept a brand new tagged pair of pants! This is considered theft. Always take photos of what you provide, especially if they don’t assess in front of you.

Absolute most dishonest store I have ever been to when it comes to resale. Took two large bags of clothing and they’re over 80 items high-quality name brand on almost every label. I did not even get out of the parking lot. My phone went off saying my items were completed for pick up. I went back in. They did not buy one thing saying that the clothing items were Out of style. 20 of the items still had tags on them from anthropology and Macy’s and Francesca’s basically the girl Work behind the counter, would rather be talking or texting on her cell phone then looking through my items it was very apparent.

I brought in at least 10 tubs of clothing, shoes and purses. They went through them in about an hour and a half! Kelly was exceptionally amazing, but really, all the ladies there were great! I appreciate all their help, thank you!

This business sells stolen merchandise. They robbed me of a $150 Coach wallet.
UPDATE: Received a call from management while I was busy and was told to call back. I call back later in the afternoon and the phone kept ringing, no answer or voicemail. Never heard from them again. Im sure they planned to tell me that I was fairly compensated for my items lol this place is a joke.

I will not sell to them again . With all the effort bringing them in folded and stacked nicely in 2 large clear storage containers I got 30 dollars. Brand new clothes with tags not chosen. Black dress pants from Macy's tag still on not chosen(how can black dress pants not be in style?) summer off the shoulder tops brand new with tags from Macy's were not chosen and the list goes on.... I walked around the store and saw items almost identical to what I had? Most of my clothes were from Torrid, Kohls, Macy's, Lane Bryant, Bloom Chic, Ellos and Jessica London. Is it because they were plus size? Their plus size clothing is almost non existent why would they not want to improve that?

The store is well organized & always stocked with great finds! I have sold here multiple times as well. I love being able to trade my old clothes in for new ones! The staff is always so welcoming & friendly. Definitely recommend!

While shopping the clearance is good, the pricing on clothes is very inconsistent. Kancan jeans here are $25 but you go next door to Plato’s and the same exact jeans are half of that price. Multiple times I have found discount tags for new items still attached and they have their price for triple what the original seller paid. It’s very hit and miss but highly recommend checking both here and next door before you make a purchase to ensure you’re getting the best price.

have a time that you have to come get your clothes by but randomly close the store for a couple of days with no sign or reason for being closed and say that they’re open on the door and google but are just no where to be seen so i have 300 dollars worth of clothes in there that i could’ve sold somewhere else but i can’t because the store looks abandoned lmao

I highly recommend for activewear, purses, and shoes in particular but DO NOT bother trying to sell your clothes to them. It simply isn’t worth the effort for what they give you.

Awful. Had brand new clothes they would not accept. Make sure you are selling clothes for ages 13-25
Thank you for responding but I did in fact register at Clothes Mentor and I even questioned why they didn’t take any of my clothes. The response was “other, size and style” almost half my f the clothing was purchased a year or so ago and lightly worn. All clothing was fall winter.

They have nice stuff fir sale at reasonable pricing but I really don't recommend selling stuff there. I brought two large shopping bags there and they were finish going thru it in five minutes and only took a couple things. What makes me mad is I take clothes in there all freshly washed and neatly folded. What I got back was everything thru back in the bags and nothing folded. I think that is very unprofessional. If they can't take the time to fold things back the way they found them than I think u need new employees. Fir the money u make selling other people's stuff and only giving people pennies on the dollar fir their stuff u could put it back the way u found it. People go thru alot getting stuff ready to take to sell.
