The website said that my prescription would be filled on Saturday. I went in to get it on Sunday. It wasn't ready and they refused to fill it until Monday. The pharmacist that I spoke to was incredibly rude and refused to even consider filling the prescription to save me a trip. It shouldn’t take multiple trips to get a prescription filled. Update: I showed up on Monday and was told they wouldn't fill the prescription until Tuesday. They really love jerking people around. Update to the Update: They are now refusing to fill any prescriptions for me. I recommend staying away.

Short staffed according to lady at drive thru told me I had to come inside to enroll insurances into system to be able to get script filled for 5 yr old I showed her insurance card.not acceptable I went back knowing script wouldn’t be filled to pick up original script. I said I was changing pharmacies and somehow script was filled insurance billed and I was on my way. Calling pharmacy is impossible twice in 2 wks I’ve called and been on hold over 25 minutes. Not a good experience won’t go back! Found another pharmacy.

Terrible service and no consistency with there store hrs. They close early with no notice. Will surely close down soon if not taken over by a new manager.

CVS Xenia had computer issues and sent me to CVS Beavercreek. At Beavercreek they explained couldn’t help me because the script was still in Xenia system. The staff had ZERO compassion for what was clearly a CVS issue. We had words and they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called CVS help line and a wonderful lady had the script removed from Xenia system and transferred to BV. The BV staff then refused to fill it. I have had such poor service from CVS but this topped it. No more money for CVS from me. Shameful

My doctor called in an Rx for me 2 hours before I came to the store to pick it up. It was expedited and I was told ready for pick up. I arrive at the store and was told that it would be another hour before my medication would be ready for pick up?? This pharmacy can never seem to get it together.

Mitchell in the pharmacy was a lifesaver! I needed a prescription and I needed it fast. I called CVS because they were the only late night pharmacy I could find. Mitchell hot my prescription ready in 15 minutes and found me a coupon. He was friendly and offered to ring up the rest of my items as well. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy because of his kindness and helpfulness.

Stopped using them a while back because the drive thru was incredibly slow. Like I got better while waiting in line type of slow. And I was only the third car in line. Perhaps, I thought, the other cars ahead of me had complicated prescriptions. Then as I attempted to pick up my simple refill prescription, I realized everything was complicated. I switched to a local, non-chain pharmacy and am in and out within two minutes.

I went to the Dr today. My insurance will no longer pay for Lifestyle diabetic strips so I can check my sugar. At CVS my charge was $436. I went inside and the Pharmacist correct the cost to zero

Love CVS especially for drugs. Pharmacy on Dayton-Xenia Rd is open 24/7. And so is the drive-up window. Nice to get your drugs when you are sick and not have to get cleaned up.

The pharmacy does not understand the time period for refills. They try to fill 90 day rx in 30 days! Huh? The try to refill an rx claiming request received, but was not me & they don't know source of request! Shameful!! I am required by my insurance to use CVS, but much prefer a competitor since their competitor understands how to count days & how to keep records! CVS pharmacy is pitiful.
