Oral surgeon called Oxycodone in for my mom who had 8 implant posts set in her mouth after having all her top teeth pulled. Apparently, only the pharmacist can count those. Script was called in in the morning. I stopped after 2:30 to pick it up. The tech said it wouldn't be filled for a couple of hours because the pharmacist was busy giving vaccines.
Pathetic to make people who are post surgery wait for pain medication. Will do all I can to get my mom to change pharmacies.

Disgusting behavior. Poor judgment. Talked over, acted like they knew everything. Was wrong about the availability of local pharmacies. Did NOT have the decentcy to own it and apologize. Put me on hold, hung up, avoided call backs. I was polite and informed them of the critical situation.
Informed them under Kevin's Law 2.0 they should make the correct judgment and save me from a potentially life threatening seizures. Unfortunately this is not the type of behavior someone who takes an oath should be doing. It's not pain pills or anything close to that. It's simply to keep me from seizing

After Covid pandemic nothing is the same. Long wait and short staff. No one wants to work. I guess tik tok is taking over youth minds. They need to hire more staff.

The associates that work in front are very rude. Made me feel as if I didn't know what I was talking about when trying to use my otc card. Will never go back to that store.

The website says the store opens at 7am and the pharmacy opens at 8am. It's 7:25, and the even the store is still closed. I left work for nothing.

Just transferred my prescriptions there due to an insurance change and so far everything has gone smoothly. The staff has been very helpful with the transition.

I would recommend not listing an approximate time for pick-up.
I called multiple times and received a specific time the medication would be ready and waited another SEVENTY FIVE minutes before coming to the store to pick up... and was told it would he another 15-30 minutes to process.
Taking several hours (5+) after medicine is called in has become a common occurrence.

25 Mar 24 Update - Yes, this place still SUCKS!! SLOW, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEPT.
This place sucks!!! You get auto notifications your prescription is ready and go there only to find they havent touched your script. 10 minutes they tell you - 40 minutes later, these clowns are feeding their faces with McDonalds and could give a sheet about your wait. Beavertucky for ya!!!

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could. Their responsibility is to cater to the needs of the community and provide proper customer service, but every time I visit, I am treated with disrespect as if they are bothered by my presence. This is not an isolated incident, as I have experienced this behavior repeatedly. It's not like they are understaffed or overworked, which could be a valid excuse. They are fully staffed, yet their behavior towards customers is not acceptable.

Ishah at the pharmacy had the most disrespectful attitude and she was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. That needs to be corrected immediately because she will be running off customers.
