Ishah at the pharmacy had the most disrespectful attitude and she was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. That needs to be corrected immediately because she will be running off customers.

This place is a joke. I was just told by the staff tonight that they are very busy and one of the busiest pharmacies in Beavercreek. Told me if I needed my medication same day then I needed to go elsewhere. I just had a surgery. Also my doctor sent them 3 rx yesterday the lady at the window told my boyfriend there was only 1 received then slammed window shut, he sat there and she came back to window and stated did you need something else? He said yeah the other 2 rx. She went on and on how there was only 1 that’s when I spoke up on speaker phone and told her no they sent 3 and she said well we don’t have the other 2, come back next Wednesday.

This pharmacy has really gone downhill in the past year. Never has your medicine and has to order them. Then you have to keep calling them to fill the prescription after a week or so, because they never go back to it. So sad. I have always liked cvs, but I guess Walgreens or Kroger will get our business now.

You shouldn't expect your prescription to be filled for at least 2 days if it's sent here even after "expediting"

Website says walk-in for novavax covid vaccine but when you show up they tell you an appointment is needed, and nothing available today... Waste of time.

The pharmacy at this location is a dumpster fire. When the Target CVS down the road says they will have to transfer, I keep forgetting to not use this location. They transfer it about 3 hrs ago and would rely to expedite the refill since the med didn't didn't arrive at the Target location. Which to get here to be told it's not ready and they will expedite, so 20 minutes. Which the Target CVS already told this location to expedite 3 hrs ago. The lady's back at the pharmacy are not the most friendly and seemed annoyed you are here. Also, it's choas behind the counter and I can't see how they don't lose medication in that mess. I would avoid this pharmacy location.Side note, the rest of the staff outside of the pharmacy was real friendly and help since I had time to kill and was walking the store.

We've used this pharmacy for years and was happy with it until the past year or so. They always seem to be out of the medications needed and take forever to fill them. This past week my doctor called in a prescription for a fairly common drug and they were out. After checking the app for nearly a week to see if they had received the drug and filled my prescription I called to see how long it would take and whether or not I needed to go to another location. I was told that the drug was there and that they would fill the prescription later today. I have to wonder - why on earth did they not fill it when the meds were received? It seems with today's technology, they should be checking open orders to see who needed a particular drug. We travel and use CVS all over the country and this one seems to be one of the worst.

I have tried for over a week to have a script transferred to a pharmacy that will order in my medication. The receiving pharmacy has called and communicated appropriately to have that sent on two different occasions. After a week i personally went back to CVS to ask them to send. They were too busy to handle this now, I was told by the pharmacist, they would try to get to this tonight. The young people who helped me at the counter were nice and professional-the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech need a lesson in customer service. Thank God this isn’t life sustaining medication! I will not be using CVS for anything-and they don’t care-Covid cash has them without worry?

They literally ALWAYS drop the ball on prescriptions. We’ve gotten everything from inhalers to insulin to simple vitamins from the pharmacy but NOT ONCE without a headache. It’s always “it’ll be ready in an hour” then you come back in 2 hours and it’s “we haven’t started it yet, we’ll get this started” but then they tell you to come back at like 3 or 4 because the entiiiiiire group goes to lunch at the same time? Horrible idea. Then it’s a crapshoot if it’s ready after their lunch. The latest time I was told they had all the insulin needed, came back when I was told and guess what, missing the insulin and they didn’t have it on hand. Great job.To Walgreens we go.The store employees are fine it’s JUST THE PHARMACY THAT SUCKS!

Horrible experience more than once at this CVS. I live next town over and had to drive there 3 times in one day and still didn't get prescription. The last time I was told it would be ready later, 10:30 -11:30 pm. I drove back there at 11:15 and store was closed. Someone was obviously in the pharmacy but ignored me. And this is supposed to be a late pharmacy, staying open till midnight!

My medication was out of my budget and they worked with me to lower the cost. They pulled it off. Sure I had to wait a few, but I really appreciate them going above and beyond
