I got the batteries replaced in my G-Shock Mudmaster. She verified the integrity of the seal, set the time and date, and I was on my way. No problems. Heading back today to get a battery in my other G-Shock.

Customer service lacking. My wife got me a $85 watch for Father’s Day so naturally I got it days after it was bought. It wasn’t properly sized so I didn’t wear it for a week or so. Finally I start to wear I casually and the wood on the watch frame splinters so that the band can’t be attached. I try to return it they say the frame is not covered under warranty so I can’t return or exchange it. This is literally within a week of me wearing it. Ridiculous!!!! Don’t buy watches here!

Terrible watches here! I bought a 80dollar watch, wooden very nice looking, with a week and a half of wearing it, the wood just chips around the frame making it impossible to connect the waist band back to it. I take it back and get a replacement, same thing happens again! I wear it for about a week and I lift my hand up and the band just pops right off. Just terrible idk what to do.

Not only was I given attitude by the manager but she blew me off as if I wasn't a paying customer. I am disappointed and appalled by the way she not only spoke to me ,but by how she also kept the dismissive behavior. The employees don't wear name tags (which they should for instances like this) but from my memory her name is something along the lines of Alexis or something similar. I will no longer be using this company for my needs and I'll never refer a friend again.

I walked up with a vintage mechanical wristwatch looking for a new watch band. She sized it and presented me with many options. I picked a band, but wanted gold instead of silver hardware, and she swiftly changed it up to match. Ten minutes later my watch was ready and looking fantastic. Thanks so much!

I tried to replace the battery in my Timex Ironman watch myself. It worked for a moment then stopped. I couldn't figure it out, so I took it here. The lady took a look and found some corrosion under the circuitry and fixed it for me. Never charged me anything for it, and it only took her 15 minutes. Great customer service.

I should have read the reviews below first before bringing my watch to have the battery replaced. I had a simple battery replacement which took the advertised 10 min. I immediately started wearing my watch. 2 hrs later, I noticed the second hand had fallen off. I went back to them 4 hrs after the battery change and asked if they could put it back on. Immediately they asked if I had dropped it, which I hadn't. Then they said it would be a $15 charge to fix something they had broken. I have had this watch for 7 years and the second hand has never fallen off and it was definitely attached when I handed it over for the battery replacement. 4 hrs later after my replacement, it falls off and its instantly my fault and I have to pay for it? Not sure what kind of scam this company is running here, but I would not recommend coming here unless you want to pay $30 for a simple battery change.

I have purchased two watches for my son from this location. The staff are friendly, so there is no problem with that. It's the watches. I was sold two defective watches. The first one just kind of slowly stopped working, and even with a battery change it didn't really work as it was supposed to. So we brought the watch in on 11 April 2018 to be sent off for repair (edit, I realized today that we never sent the original watch off to actually be repaired, so that process won't be rated). While here, we decided to purchase another one for him. The associate assured us the watch was sufficiently water resistant to ensure the watch would be OK if he wore it into a pool. The very next day, he was at his swimming lesson and was wearing the watch. In short time, the watch took on water and died. On 15 April 2018, we were finally able to get to the vendor to return it. However, they consider it damaged rather than defective and won't take it back without corporate approval, which can only be given after calling corporate customer support. This return policy is not listed in the refund policy letter posted on the counter, nor was it posted on the receipt. Not only that, but the corporate office is open Mon-Thu. Your mileage may vary with this company. I'm just sharing my experience.
