I was with this branch for four years with no issues. I go to cancel my policy which took numerous phone calls and finally emails due to them not cancelling my policy when I requested. It was always “let’s see what we can work up to keep you”, and not actually following my request. I finally emailed to make sure I have a paper trail and am told if I don’t pay the balance which never should have been, I will be sent to collections. Four years of paying without delay on two vehicles, renters insurance and a special jewelry policy resulting in thousands in their pocket and I’m threatened with collections. This branch is a joke of an insurer and I would never recommend them due to their inability to follow simple direction, resulting in the customer being screwed.

Dianna Peoples got me the best landlord policy in town. Now my home and auto are also with Allstate which gives me several discounts for multiple lines, auto pay and loyalty.As for cancelling, the app makes this quick and easy.

Worst Allstate place you can go. Took 4 emails 2 months and 8 phone calls to cancel my policy. I wouldn't use this group of slackers to insure my toilet. I finally got corporate Allstate to step in, cancel my policy and issue a refund. I certainly wasn't getting anywhere with this group. If you have to email dipeeples.. forget it
