Wasn’t gonna post because I felt bad for the worker but come on not even 2 days and there already like this , 60 $ to the trash . If your going to put new /training employees start with teaching them principal of nail preparation that is key to good nails that will last , i just wanted to pamper my self now im stuck with the big toe nail with no gel, didn’t even clean the cuticle area good neither cure the gel well . Added layer on layers of gel but put it in the UV lamp like 10 seconds max and that’s a lot to say to the point where she wipe it the polish took off and she panicked , my nails are full of air bubbles where she can’t apply the gel evenly and without lifting too much the brush .beyong upset ? please save your time and go else where or look into your nail techs work because I’m sure this salon is not totally bad saw another employe finish multiple services before the lady attending me was even half way done . Just my experience on may 16 and I’m putting this may 17 ??

A guy did french tips for me and it was really disappointing. He did not trim my cuticles, and he rushed through the process. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and the result was far off. There are bubbles in the polish and smudges.

Mr. Anthony (Tony), at the Beavercreek Wal-Mart Center, is the best. He is a great technician. He is very thorough, kind, and a good listener. I highly recommend him! Sheila

The older gentleman Tony is great but the older man that sits behind him in desk 6 sucks and has a nasty attitude,all i asked for was a shimmer clear color and the finished result was so rough feeling with sharp edges on top so today i asked him to just redo my gel polish to a smoother polish and he basically blamed me for choosing glitter as to why they were rough i said no tony did my sisters nails with the same glitter and her nails are smooth and neat,dont blame me for your mistake.Services: Nail polish changes

The first time we used their services, all was good. Second time it was bad. Pedicure was not complete, no scrub or hot towels. I asked about the scrub but the young woman said lotion only. Knicked the cuticle on two toes, one toenail was rough on the end. The gel nail fill was also bad. I do French style and the fill lines are visible from the previous fill. Only one coat of the gel and one top coat. We won’t go back. This was my experience. My fiancé’s pedicure was great the first time but very average the second time. And we were charged the same price as the first time with less servicesServices: Gel manicures
