This was my first time visiting this location since Day Yoga took over (formerly: Innerlight Yoga). It seems like they have about the same setup as before -- and it's great!

The arial class was amazing. Jen is an awesome teacher and the introductory class was such a great flow with mix levels allowing you to experience the different posses finding the right pose for you. Highly recommend Innerlight yoga
