Yo what is with the sassy reviews!? This place is super nice, major improvement over the previous store which was already nice. Some items are pricey some are just right and some are really good. They have a Sole Treadmill $200 cheaper than Sole website which is currently even running a sale. I really liked the store, glad they opened up a new experience for us. Got socks and shoes today, new treadmill I am still debating on or a gym membership.

The store is huge and very impressive, and the selection was pretty crazy. But ZERO hockey equipment. They had "professional" corn hole bags, lacrosse gear, about 7000 Stanley tumblers, everything you could imagine. We saw an entire wall of Kool-Aid flavored mouth guards. But they couldn't carve out a few square feet for hockey. I was shocked.

Good selection. Need directory. Hard to find where anything is. Was disappointed that the rock wall was closed when I was there. We went in the middle of the day.

Drove 30 minutes to get a last minute item. Got there at 7:10 on a Sunday. Listed for 8 o’clock closing time. Doors were locked. Closed at 7. Not even open a month and can’t have correct hours online. Last weekend signings were also poorly organized and ran even worse.

We have spent the weekend at the Grand opening event with 3 talents giving autographed cards. It was handled by the greatest event staff I’ve seen in a long time. They were so polite and organized we were definitely impressed GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

This place is massive. It has basically everything you need. But I'm giving 5 stars because of customer service. I dealt with Trey. This man did everything for me to try and get a shoe that fit right for me. I was in the store for over an hour and this man never complained. He kept a positive attitude and had great energy throughout the whole thing. Dicks if you read this. This guy deserves a raise.

I was absolutely dreading looking for pants today at around noon but some girl who helped me; was absolutely incredible! I wish I would’ve got her name to shout her out but she was so detailed and hands on. It actually makes me look forward to shopping there next time. If you’re ever there and need help..She’s short; brunette and has tattoos all on her arm! 10/10!

Talk about customer service checked in before they were even open. They bring the shoes I ordered at midnight the night before it with in 7 minutes 14 minutes before they even opened. Representative was efficient polite and then apologized for the wait, which I don't know why but wonderful experience!!!
