I couldn’t find the sandal I need at Centerville DSW (they said I have to place an order online ) so I went the Beavercreek DSW the associate name “Noah “ he helped me place an order online and he was super knowledgeable about the process & finding a product exactly what I need !!
I really appreciate your help !
In the future I’ll only shop at Beavercreek DSW !😍💕💕💕

Pretty poor experience. People working the floor were more I interested in setting up their displays than helping us find any shoes. Makes you rethink buying from a store like this and instead just shopping online. When I asked someone who made eye contact but completely ignored us until approaching them, they informed me that DSW WAREHOUSE did not keep BACK STOCK on their shoes unless specifically marked on the shelf…and promptly returned to their display…so I ask. Why did I walk into this store, I can just go to the individual shoe brands website and shop there.

Overall poor experience. Didn't have the shoe I wanted. I had a $30 off card which I couldn't use on any of the shoes I wanted. The cashier told me I didn't hand her a $5 birthday card. I had to argue with her and show her it was in her hand. She did honor it, but never apologized, or said thank you at the end of the transaction.
