Drove up to this place which was 40 miles away. I arrived at 5:50 pm and they said they are closing at 6pm. They are supposed to be open until 7pm. Won’t be coming back here again!

I ordered the “mother’s day cheesecake gift set” & a “single rose” with same day delivery. The initial delivery only came with the box of cheesecakes left on my mother’s porch. I called the store & let them know i didn’t get my full order. They sent the driver to drop everything else back off. He came back & only left the rose. I wasn’t aware until 2 days later, so I called the store again to tell them, I didn’t receive the card I wrote her as well as the balloons & they had already refunded my money for the ballon’s which was $20 without letting me know.The customer service could’ve been better. It was Mother’s day, the gift wasn’t appealing at all, being that they dropped 2 different pieces off at 2 different times & instead of calling me to apologize & figure out what else we could do, you just refund $20 without my knowledge. Not satisfied.

Ordered the baseball delight and Liz was PHENOMENAL! I tried to order from the Dayton location and received a call an hour later that it was too late for them to due the baseball fruit as it’s too difficult to match the colors. I called beavercreek and informed Liz and she said she’d have it ready in 30 minutes. She was so sweet and professional and the arrangement was beautiful. Thank you so much Liz!!!

Nothing but respect for the lady that took care of me. I eventually called in after completion and asked for chocolate on the fruit, she did it without hesitation and for free ! Such a nice gesture.

I recently had the pleasure of going to this Edible arrangement, and I was so astounded by the positive and friendly demeanor of Seirra who greeted me when I came in the door and helped with my order. Customer service was beyond amazing from her and Hannah who helped make my arrangement who has an amazing eye for detail and made sure every part of it was perfect and looked amazing. Hannah and seirra were very attentive I would recommend them for any of your gift needs!

I will never order from this location again Moraine location is more professional their drivers as well and their fruit tastes waay better had to have a order remade bc the first order the fruit was hard as hell and bitter. Driver just knocked and left on the doorstep NO one asked for a contactless delivery. I thought you suppose to be greeted with a friendly face. Even the 2nd attempt of drop off fruit is just ok funny aftertaste told the driver thank you and she just walked away. Terrible. Worst experience ever for a birthday surprise. At this point we should of just requested a refund for thinkin they could get it right the second time when we shouldn't have had to go through this in the first place.
