I have used Enterprise often over the years both for personal business as well as on our corporate account (as well as many members of my corporate team). Never ever have I come across such unprofessional and incompetent people (one was supposedly a manager). It's a long story, but bottom line is they refused to make the situation right...and stated why would they when they can rent the car at full price to someone else. And further stated the problem causes stress for employees...never mind the customer, that's ok. I contacted corporate and pray they record calls. I was not rude or belligerent...they just did not care. At the end when I finally caved and said fine, we will take the smaller car at the $1 a day discount you graciously provided, she said "nope I don't like your attitude and won't be renting to you...and hung up. She was supposedly the manager (Hannah)...and I truly hope that she isn't. If so she needs to learn some business etiquette and the art of de escalation vs escalation. PS..went to Budget Rent a car. Great service, bigger vehicle, $10 a day less. Go there!

Everyone was very friendly ,they gave me the information I needed to get a rental car and it hardly took any time at all a d I was on my way. The cost was a lot less than I thought. The whole experience was a win, win. I will go back to them in the future. Thank you!

I had to rent a car after mine was stolen for about a month and a half, and the staff was beyond helpful. They gave me a 2021 Nissan Altima which was in great condition and had all the features I love. If you need a rental, I highly recommend Enterprise.

Had to rent a car after a car accident and would recommend. First time renting a car, and was very pleased; employees were friendly and pleasant. The ladies on the phone when you call the main customer service number, not so friendly.

Calls you 2 days ahead of time to tell you there is a $300 deposit that has to be made before you can rent a car. The location in Dayton does not do this.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this location! They went above and beyond to accommodate me from our very first interaction. I needed to rent a car because my personal car is getting a repair, they allowed me to pick up my rental Monday morning almost 3 hours early so I didn't have to miss any more work. On Thursday they called me to notify me that the car I was renting had hit a certain mileage and they were going to take the car off the lot, and asked me to bring it in to be put in a newer car. I had absolutely no problem with this as I drive A LOT for work, and have the car reserved for two weeks. I was able to swap out the cars today (Friday), and was given the choice between two cars, and they had me ready to go in five minutes. Now, I got 10 minutes down the interstate and just absolutely did not like how to car drove, and I want to make it clear that the car was in perfect condition and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car itself, it was just a personal preference of how the car handled. I brought it back and asked if there was any way I could be put in a different car, because as I stated I drive so much for work, I just wanted to be comfortable with the vehicle I was driving. Kiara is the employee who has helped me most throughout the process, and I cannot describe how amazing her customer service is. She gladly switched me into another vehicle, again in less than five minutes I was out of there! There were a few other things along the way that they accommodated for me as well, but seriously, this is the best location I've ever been to!

The people answer the phone here and do things that make sense. They do not treat their customers as annoyances.

After a super frustrating experience at one of the other local enterprise locations, Hannah completely knocked it out of the park. EVERYTHING about my reservation was messed up by this other location, and Hannah was already slammed just 15 minutes before closing. She was calm, nice, and apologetic even though she had done nothing wrong!She went out of her way to make sure that my needs were put first, and corrected every error made by the other enterprise. She treated me like a human being and understood my dilemma.THIS is what customer service is all about. Taking care of the customer. No, the customer isn’t always right, but the customer is the only reason these giant corporations exist.Kudos to Hannah. Give that young woman a raise and put her in charge of all the enterprises in the area. I guarantee you would see a huge increase in customer satisfaction.
