I absolutely love shopping at this store! From the moment I step inside, I’m greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a truly positive shopping experience. This incredible atmosphere is a direct reflection of the culture fostered by the manager, Amy. Her engagement and willingness to assist in finding items make all the difference, and it’s clear that she is deeply respected by her team—not just because of her position, but due to her exceptional leadership skills.
Amy has built a highly effective team that consistently enhances the shopping experience. I must also give a special shout-out to Kaylan—her name is definitely worth mentioning! She is absolutely phenomenal! Her patience and keen fashion sense shine through, and I truly appreciate her vibrant energy, professionalism, and warm personality. Shopping here is not just a task; it feels like a delightful experience thanks to this remarkable team!

I came in today to make a return and the associate asked me right away if I needed to look for anything while I was there. Since I was making a return because of size, she offered to get the correct size for me since they had it in stock, and that I could try it on. This simple gesture made my return even better than expected. Thank you for your help and friendly customer service.

I’ve been shopping here for over a year now and it has been amazing! The employees are friendly and work together so well. This team loves fashion and they really care about finding your perfect outfit. Whether it is for a wedding or a job interview, Express at the Greene is where it’s at!

Express as a whole is a great store but one extremely unpleasant experience with a sales associate will have you spending your money elsewhere. My husband and I were in the store today looking for red attire for a wedding we were attending. An African employee approached us and immediately started mocking our color selection. Stating that no one is wearing red this time of year and asking if the wedding is planned around Christmas or something. All while laughing in our faces. He then states that they had red attire in stock but everyone bought it up around Christmas time last year and then proceeds to chuckle again while walking away. It was a very strange interaction and very off putting. We will not be returning to this store unfortunately as we felt a little bullied.

The African-American gentleman who waited on us was extremely nice and very personable. This is the only express that I shop at and I live about 30 minutes away from it. Always have great deals and sales.

I was so stressed out tryna find my son his homecoming outfit. After days of stress I decided to go into the express store at the Greene. Aisha greeted us with the most welcoming smile and helped with everything. She went above and beyond with sizing my son and getting his whole outfit together. I have an autistic 2 year old and all the other workers went above and beyond to help this whole process. They even went as far as helping with the best deals and discounts. I’m above and beyond happy with my experience here and want to personally shout out the girls for helping me. You ladies deserve a raise!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart . You have no idea how appreciative I am.
