I’ve lived in several communities, but the staff I’ve met here is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Sidney is alway helpful and willing to go above and beyond. She even knows me by name. Maintenance shows up fast and fixes things right the first time.

I'm changing my review because the people who live here suck. I cant even walk my dog without people here with other big dogs letting them run around with no leash on. Also I dont walk my dog in front of people's apartments like everyone else does and let them piss in the bushes right by my window, so I have to smell dog piss all day if I want to open my windows. But I see why they do it because no one picks up their dog mess around here and everywhere is littered with it except for maybe one or two spots. This place has really went down hill since Ive lived here. The people who live here dont care about the area and no one does anything about it. Ive been in worse looking apartments and people care more about the living space then anyone does here. I highly recommend not trying to rent here.

I lived here for a year and really enjoyed it! The area is picturesque and the apartments are nice. Maintenance was always quite responsive to issues.

While this is a nice complex with diverse age ranges and start up families, they are sadly lacking in terms of emergency response to AC issues. Twice this summer the AC went out during the hottest weekends with excessive heat warnings in effect. Called the “emergency number” on the weekend, but no response until the following Monday. Even then, they did not fix the AC correctly and had to come back out. Another excessive heat warning today and still no AC. When your apartment reaches 85+ degrees, it becomes a potential health hazard. I’d like to give them more stars, as they are very nice apartments. But, this is a seriously negative reflection on their property management, a potential health hazard for newborns and the elderly, and unacceptable for the amount of rent being paid.

Just giving the maintenance here a shout-out: LG is the man. Had the AC go out this morning (July 4th), called emergency hotline and left a msg, he was here in 10 minutes, and had it fixed in 5. He's done the same for our Water Heater in the past, and even helped my wife and I return a baby bird to a nest here on the property that had fallen out once. Best Apartment Maintenance I've ever even heard of, thanks LG! :)

Stacey Mills & Cameron Mamas are super helpful. Maintenance is awesome. Very quiet, clean and safe place to live.

Scheduled a tour for 5 pm for a Thursday 6/6 and confirmed with Cameron on Tuesday 6/4 through email. Arrived at 4:45pm on 6/6 and the doors were locked and lights were off. Sent a follow up email confirming that we were still on for 5 pm at 4:45 pm and no answer. Waited and waited and no answer. Not a great impression to potential residents. Received no email asking to reschedule or acknowledgment.
Edit to response 6/11/24: The clock on the door, only thing on the door, said you’d be back at 9:00, assuming It’s 9:00 am the next day since It’s obvious you wouldn’t be open at 9:00pm. Interesting how we were able to confirm the tour earlier that week yet it wasn’t in the system? That’s odd. Also odd how you would expect to find a note or a card indicting we had been by when the door was locked. Will not be rescheduling a tour ever or recommending to anybody.

UPDATE: I lived at this complex for 5 years and I still would rate it 5⭐️. Stacey and her team were wonderful, the apartments were well maintained, and it’s a super quiet neighbourhood. I loved it here and am so sad to leave.
I am a prospective resident, looking to move in within the next few weeks. The staff was very friendly, very informative, and the apartments themselves are spacious and very well kept.

Visited Fieldstone Apartments recently for a two bedroom apartment! The location was great, close to The Greene and this fun new place, On Par ! They are absolutely beautiful & I love the balcony! Staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are moving from Cleveland to the Beavercreek area. We scheduled a tour for fieldstone for Saturday, May 18th at 10am. We got to fieldstone around 9:55 and knew they didn’t open until 10 so we waited and then went into the leasing office at 10. No one was there. We waited about 5 minutes but no one showed up so I called the fieldstone number and spoke to a super sweet lady who said she would call the person supposed to be giving the tour and let them know we were there. We waited another 20 minutes but no one showed up so we left. We were very disappointed as we were looking forward to touring fieldstone. It is very hard to find an apartment right now that is within price range and this was one of the only ones within our price range. We had heard such great things and were very disappointed this was the outcome. We would’ve been open to rescheduling, but there was no communication. We also didn’t hear anything all day after no one showed up to the tour. Very disappointing.
