The store has great merchandise for sure, but the fact I had to stand in the regular line when I paid for my order is insane. Pick up orders should not have to wait in line

I went to buy my son a pair a shoes and the assistant manage, I believe his name was Trey, was amazing. He was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable of shoes. I would recommend anyone to come to JD Sports at the Fairfield Mall!
