They are very rude when it comes to trying on shoes if your not sure of your kids sizes this is not the place to go they will become upset once you ask them to size your child and try on several shoes . Katie was rude and so wasn’t Brian . This place is going down hill and the good employees that they did have are no longer there maybe that is the issue . Terrible services at this location now I’d say.

Place is so unprofessional and unorganized managers play around all the time workers playing around all the time Is very rude to their buyers walking around and can’t get any help and they’re just playing around behind the cash register very unorganized shut this place down the worst shoe store ever.

I went to buy my son a pair a shoes and the assistant manage, I believe his name was Trey, was amazing. He was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable of shoes. I would recommend anyone to come to JD Sports at the Fairfield Mall!

Poor customer service was in there for ten minutes looking for showed no one asked me for help but stood and talked the whole time and then when I asked for help they still stood around and took five ore minutes to come ask me if needed help.
