Poor customer service was in there for ten minutes looking for showed no one asked me for help but stood and talked the whole time and then when I asked for help they still stood around and took five ore minutes to come ask me if needed help.

Went in to purchase a pair of shoes, needed help to locate the correct size made attempted to ask several employees for assistance all of them avoided me until the manager set foot on the sales floor, then one (seemingly)begrudgingly assisted me resulting in retrieval of the incorrect size.. By the time I noticed the employee was gone... I repeated the same process as described above the third time was a charm At the time there were five to seven employees on the sales floor not ONE offered a greeting or assistance It felt as if I was intentionally being avoided or ignored With three decades of retail experience I can definitely say that is NOT the way to conduct business in any establishment . It would be a shame if shoppers stopped purchasing goods from this establishment simply because the staff couldn't be inconvenienced...

I was there yesterday, and everyone was super helpful and very nice. I am currently in a wheelchair and learning to walk again. And the associate that helped me, (I wish I could remember his name!) make sure the shoe fit well since I’ve never had a pair of Jordans before. Thank you all for being so kind, and working with me. You all made my day!

Shoes looked nice but the staff is weird. Walked in and instead of letting us know they were closed the lady sat there and watched us ask for help. They didn’t even acknowledge us to let us know what time they were opening. Just locked the door and laughed. Morning time crew. Also making sure the doors is locked will help people know a place is closed.

Unprofessional as hell came in to purchase some gym shoes for my grandson Would not be coming back GHETTO I see multiple complaints on here probably about the same employees corporate needs to fix this

Shoe selection is 5 star. The Employees tho, 2 star. The last time I left that store I was speechless at how blatantly rude the girl at the cash register was. I spend ALOT of money with them and it’s disappointing to go in and be treated like they’re doing ME a favor. The managers I’ve dealt with have been descent.

Rude employees! Every time I have shopped here in the last year the employees act bothered to help you. Today I was shopping with my kids and the woman who was assisting us kept rolling her eyes and was so annoyed anytime she actually had to do any type of work.

Whoever took my online return had a bad attitude. This return is not coming out of your check please always have great customer service. I was saying “ thank you” and all he kept saying was uhmmm mhmm.
